Had a prepaid Quest sold Test that the Tech…read more(Ellie?) would not accept the Quest email on my phone (insisting I had to printed!!), then said that there is no such Test purchased from Quest. Then called her Senior (Kiara) that would clarify there is such Quest Prepaid Test but would keep saying that they couldn't find it. In the process they keep blaming me (the customer that has purchased many Quests Tests before). Finally they find it and said that was "On Hold" and that I have to call Quest (they also blamed me for being "on Hold"). When I tell them "but YOU are Quest" they said they don't call that "other department". They me asked to go out of my appointment for me to "call Quest". The folks at Quest headquarters were super nice (Carla) who said that my Quest purchased Test was active and available (that they are always "on-hold" until the Quest Office will pick it). She offered and called this Quest Location but they never picked up the call from their own headquarters. I ended up driving several miles to the Quest Carrollton location which made it all happen. Don't go to this location!! BTW, WHERE IS MANAGEMENT?

Poor to non-existent phone access. Feels like being in a dystopian scifi movie when I arrive at the site and must engage with the robot check-in podium. Some staff project a warm, kindly spirit but most act like machine components. Maybe I'd overlook all of that but they don't consistently deliver reports. I trust my doctor but not these people.

The wait time was an hour which wasn't bad at all. Alma was sweet, and smiled beautifully as greeting the patients. She was fabulous and comfort me through the whole process. Thank you very much to the receptionist (I forgot to ask for her name) and Alma. The staff here in this office was working very hard to accommodate many walk-in and appointment patients. I understand that anyone can have a bad day, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned for a second visit, hoping my first experience was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, the second experience was even worse. I've never been treated so poorly by a healthcare provider. Instead of showing empathy or a willingness to help, I felt like I was an inconvenience. Courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum, especially in a healthcare setting where patients may already be stressed or anxious. I sincerely hope Labcorp addresses the way patients are treated because no one should have an experience like this.

I have my blood drawn on a regular basis from other 3rd party companies like QUEST whom I HIGHLY recommend. I'm always praised by phlebotomists for the accessibility of my veins and the ease of drawing my blood. My first & LAST experience with Any Lab Test Now was quite the contrary. Upon entering the facility, the environment had a cold vibe and very unwelcoming. After checking in, I was directed to a back room and upon entering, the same cold vibe continued and the accommodations i.e. chair, was subpar and my arm was not properly supported. I informed the AMATEUR Phlebotomist which arm and vein other phlebotomist typically migrate to for blood so she proceeded to prep the area. After poking and prodding the needle inside the vein for ~ 10 minutes, the blood flowed very slowly into the tube as I grit my teeth in pain. After pulling out the needle, the phlebotomist realized she didn't draw enough blood and subsequently went to get another person to assist. When I asked the other person if she knew what she was doing, she answered "I Think So" which nevertheless, did not put me at ease. She then proceeded to tell me she was the District Manager. When I said that her Title still didn't provide me additional comfort, given her initial reply, she abruptly removed her gloves and told me to leave the facility.. She was extremely condescending and when I informed her I was going to leave a negative review, she gave me a thumbs up as I departed the facility. I immediately notified my Doctor of my experience and they are following up with LiverFast to alert them of my experience with Any Lab Test Now. Evidently, LiverFast has an exclusive contract with Any Lab Test Now for blood work. If you have the option to have a service come to the comfort of your home to conduct the blood draw, I HIGHLY recommend doing so and avoid ANY LAB TEST NOW at all costs. Lastly, I left a message with the corporate office regarding my experience and still have not heard back from them. P.S. Below is a pic (tap to enlarge) of the needle injection site. Booking an appointment online for the same week was easy. However, there weren't many…read moreavailabilities for 1-2 weeks in advance. I would highly recommend booking an appointment as I don't know how you would get seen otherwise. When I went, there were more than 20 people in the lobby waiting (enough chairs for everyone). You have to check in at a kiosk with your driver's license then you will receive a text saying they're almost ready to see you. The front desk staff member will call you to the window and ask you to verify some information. That process took a while but it seemed to be different for everyone. I arrived before my appointment time and had to wait 15 minutes. The phlebotomist said they were low on staff so they were scrambling that day. She was extremely nice and quick so at least that part wasn't bad. If I had a choice, I wouldn't go back to Labcorp seeing how busy they were.

The staff admin are disorganized and communication is lacking. Avoid this place at all costs, there is a quest nearby. If I could give zero stars I would.

This will be a year long program and it was important to me to find a lab close by. Clinical Pathology uses the Sonic Scheduling app to verify and confirm your appointments. It's easy to cancel and reschedule if you need to. Everything was done by text so when I arrived all I needed to do is say, HI! They knew exactly who I was and why I was there -- no worries. This was a lovely friendly group of ladies! The appointments are spaced out enough that the lobby was empty when I arrived and only two people when I left. Everything was clean and organized. My phlebotomist got me on the first try and I'm known to have invisible and tricky veins, lol. I look forward to finishing this process with Clinical Pathology Labs.

I went to the ER after more than a week of severe dizziness, migraines, a heavy feeling in my head, and feeling disconnected and unwell. I was referred by my doctor because my symptoms were not improving. I was honest with the physician, Dr. Babu Hosakote, and disclosed that I occasionally use cannabis to help with Complex PTSD. I also made it clear that I had not used cannabis in over a week. Unfortunately, it felt like the moment I mentioned cannabis, that became the sole focus of my visit. Rather than investigating my symptoms further, I was told I had a cannabis-related disorder and was handed a pamphlet. A CT scan was performed, and because it did not show anything significant, it seemed my concerns were dismissed entirely. What was most upsetting was feeling like I was being treated as though I were a drug seeker or addict rather than a patient looking for answers. When I asked for my test results, I was told to get them online. The interaction felt cold and dismissive. I even asked the doctor, "If I had never mentioned cannabis, what would your diagnosis be?" His response reinforced my feeling that my symptoms were being attributed to cannabis without meaningful consideration of other possible causes. When I reviewed my paperwork, I noticed elevated blood pressure and other lab values that I hoped would be discussed further. Instead, I left without answers and still feeling extremely unwell. To make matters worse, I later received a very expensive bill for a visit where I felt unheard, judged, and inadequately cared for. Patients deserve to be listened to and treated with dignity, regardless of their medical history or personal disclosures. I went in seeking help and left feeling worse than when I arrived. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hospital.
