There were no signs posted anywhere stating that they stop accepting walk-ins early or that they close check-ins at 2pm. The staff member who came out (a white lady) was rude and unprofessional, speaking dismissively to customers waiting in line. Here's the funny part... while I was writing this review, Yelp says they close in 42 minutes, and my phone time was 3:18pm. Seriously? Is this a joke? Who's managing this location?

So don't go here and expect to feel loved or even respected. But if you use the LabCorp app to make an appointment (highly recommended) they will get you in and out efficiently. They are the LabCorp equivalent of a dive bar that you just can't quit.

One rang the bell and the lady just kept telling them to use the kiosk, and when they said they were trying she kept saying use the kiosk, use the kiosk, use the kiosk. The person gave up and left. The second person needed help and after watching that, I helped. I was able to help them get their license scanned and checked in. This person was not a English first language, the lack of help was appalling to me. Then the billing. I have visited several times and not showing payments posted. I called and asked for a statement of account. Any provider should be able to provide this, it is a list of services and payments. I was told I would be sent the statement, what I received was individual copies of bills. I noticed a payment was not posted, I called back and the person, says, "there is another bill". (Why do I not have it, I thought) I said I requested a full statement of my account. She said, "we don't do that, we can only send copies of individual bills" so I asked again to have a copy of every single bill sent so I can reconcile to make sure my payments are posted. I am now waiting for that, but I will not use Quest ever again. It is ridiculous that they can't print one statement for me with everything and they way they treated people in person was degrading. Go elsewhere if you can.

She even shared, due to their increase in business, they will probably get a second self service kiosk. Again, I was out of there in approximately 2 minutes. You do have to jump through the ' let's make sure you're human' rings. As I walked in, the lady asked me if I had appointment. I told her I did and she told me to check in at the automated kiosk. Since I use LabCorp due to insurance, they had all of my information. All I had to do was scan my insurance card. Counter girl was efficient, a little friendly, but on a busy day, you can't expect much. Had to do a lot of tests, luckily it was only two vials of blood. The blood technician, not sure if it was a phlebotomist, perform a fairly painless blood draw. She was nice and friendly. I do recommend this place . Probably one of the better places and experience since I've had doing yearly blood labs.

I have been to Reno Diagnostic Centers several times and is my preferred location to go to for…read moremammogram screenings. Setting up appointments are a hit or miss, sometimes you'll get someone who is inhospitable or indifferent, other times you'll get the friendliest, most helpful person. It really is just crapshoot. BUT once you are at the center, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. During this recent visit, the young lady at the front reception room was very courteous and professional. The mammogram technician I encountered during this visit, Megan, was a consummate professional, she was very clinical and gave precise, easy instructions to follow. I've always had a positive experience at Reno Diagnostic Centers and I will more than likely continue using their services in the future.
