This Labcorp at 601 Sierra Rose Dr 103, Reno, NV 89511, is consistently the quickest in & out location. They have 3 check-in express kiosks & a bigger than usual seating area. The staff is friendly & professional. It's minutes off the I-580 freeway at the Neil Road exit.

    First time at this location.

We came in yesterday to get annual lab work done. Appointment was made several months ago online. Love the check in prior to appt. Already got the results back!

I visited this location on July 26, 2023 for some bloodwork. I came in the mid-afternoon. There was only one other party ahead of me and I also had an appointment. Self check-in was easy with the QR-code on your phone. They had two or three check-in machines. The waiting room was clean, spacious, and brightly lit, in a newer building, which was right in front of the small office park. Parking was easy. Wifi was a little tricky connecting to. I forget the exact issue. I think there might have been two networks for wifi, and it also didn't connect the first few times. I also wasn't sure if I needed to enter a Spectrum passcode. But it did work in the end after some experimentation. The phlebotomist quickly called me and processed my paperwork. There was some confusion, because it was an out-of-state doctor who ordered the tests and she was not in their system. They needed her NPI ("National Practitioner Identifier"). But the person went to work researching it and even called in two of her colleagues to help. It didn't help that the doctor had two foreign names (which is the first and which is the last they wondered?) and they did not know San Jose and Santa Clara were in the same area (her office is in San Jose but her NPI in the database has her home city listed). In the end I looked up the NPI on my phone and supplied it to them. I did appreciate their efforts and realize this wasn't their fault. The draw itself was easily, and the phlebotomist was professional. She also did not draw the wrong test and did not leave bruises in both of my arms which lasted for 10 days like the one at Quest Diagnostics in Carson City did earlier. And she quickly got me the work excuse note that I needed. So, despite some hiccups, I am wholly satisfied. I highly recommend online appointments for all lab services, and coming in the afternoon, if possible, since it is less busy. Make sure you also bring your lab orders with you. Sometimes labs don't have or can't find copies that the doctor's office sent over. They need the lab orders and NPI to proceed. I had to leave empty handed at another lab years ago because of these issues.

    No bruises whatsoever

Last time I was here, you had to check in at the kiosk, no person to actually help if you had…read moreissues. I did not. However, I watched two people come in and have trouble. One rang the bell and the lady just kept telling them to use the kiosk, and when they said they were trying she kept saying use the kiosk, use the kiosk, use the kiosk. The person gave up and left. The second person needed help and after watching that, I helped. I was able to help them get their license scanned and checked in. This person was not a English first language, the lack of help was appalling to me. Then the billing. I have visited several times and not showing payments posted. I called and asked for a statement of account. Any provider should be able to provide this, it is a list of services and payments. I was told I would be sent the statement, what I received was individual copies of bills. I noticed a payment was not posted, I called back and the person, says, "there is another bill". (Why do I not have it, I thought) I said I requested a full statement of my account. She said, "we don't do that, we can only send copies of individual bills" so I asked again to have a copy of every single bill sent so I can reconcile to make sure my payments are posted. I am now waiting for that, but I will not use Quest ever again. It is ridiculous that they can't print one statement for me with everything and they way they treated people in person was degrading. Go elsewhere if you can.

Quality/Quantity - My annual physical blood work. New health benefits, new providers…read more Easy online appointments. Self service kiosk check in. Decent size lobby. In and out in 2 minutes! Time to reward myself, going to Wheatberry Baking Company; see other reviews. Atmosphere - Small location. Plenty of parking. Open 5 days a week, Mondays to Fridays from 6:30am to 3pm. Again, I think I was the first customer at 9am?!?! Service - Mostly self service. Again, online appointment, self service kiosk. Online results. Slight issue with the kiosk for me and the lady behind me. Nothing a restart could not solve. On time appointment. I was the first customer I guess. :) Daisy was very professional and knowledgeable. She even shared, due to their increase in business, they will probably get a second self service kiosk. Again, I was out of there in approximately 2 minutes. Walk-ins are welcomed, but I highly recommend making appointments. They had 10 appointments from 9am to 10am. If you do walk in , I suggest coming in the afternoon as it is a lesser demand due to fasting. Price - Insurance, will see if I get a bill in the mail, lol. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1967 and your international presence. Great culture with your 5 C's - Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Continuous Improvement, and Curiosity,
