On Friday may 15 I went there and one of their employee his name hunter he was rude and disrespectful because im wearing scarf he treat me very bad but I refused his service and I called a customer service (951) 880-0564 to make a complaint they didn't care at all but I will make sure no one will go to this place any more because we deserve better treatment read more

I have waited for over three hours for someone to come and check me inside to do the blood work that very person that helped me very rude and disrespectful that person who had their lips Like they were bitten by a mosquito or a bee dark black hair, she had no name tag so I can get her name. That's probably why she didn't have a name tag because she probably was rude and disrespectful to others as well so she took her name tag off the other two were wearing name tag. TLDR: Ridiculous wait time, even with an appointment. Don't bother. This location is truly terrible when it comes to the wait time. I made an 11am appointment and checked in using my phone a few minutes prior to the appointment time. I waited in my car for about 5 minutes waiting for a text to come through that I was ready to be seen. Worrying that perhaps the reception was poor, I opted to walk in. I checked in again using their kiosk and saw that there were approximately 15 people waiting outside to be seen. I thought perhaps people were waiting for assistance for the pharmacy which is located next to it, however I quickly realized that was not the case. While my appointment was at 11:00am, I was not seen until 11:27am. It's extremely disrespectful when a business utilizes an appointment system, but not see people at their assigned time. I was stressed for time as I scheduled my appointment to fit on my lunch break between meetings. I will never utilize this location again. I hope that other LapCorp locations are not run as terribly as this one. The service of the lab tech Rhonda is the only redeeming factor of this experience. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient. read more

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a deeply concerning incident that occurred at the Labcorp location inside the Walgreens in Corona, CA, involving my 6-month-old infant. Prior to our visit, I checked the Labcorp website to ensure that this location had pediatric phlebotomy capable professionals, which was confirmed online. Upon arrival, however, the staff member on site expressed discomfort with drawing blood from an infant and called over another individual to perform the procedure. This second individual demonstrated a clear lack of pediatric phlebotomy competency, resulting in what I can only describe as a traumatic and unsafe experience for my baby. The phlebotomist applied a tourniquet and attempted to palpate the vein, an ineffective approach in an infant with a puffy arm. Without proper visualization or use of appropriate technique, he inserted the needle and made internal adjustments, which can damage delicate pediatric veins. Throughout the process, he gave no reassurance or proper explanation, and then inappropriately pressured my husband with comments like "don't let your baby move," despite our clear efforts to keep our infant calm and still. After what appeared to be an unsuccessful attempt, he discarded two blood tubes, informing us that "not enough blood was collected." I am a RN, I know TSH only required red and green-top tubes, yet he discarded them. Are you serious? As a direct result of the prolonged tourniquet time and inappropriate handling, my baby developed significant ecchymosis on both arms which should never happen during a properly performed pediatric blood draw. I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate licensing board and CLIA. LabCorp, your staff must be properly trained and they must treat patients, especially infants, with skill, care, and respect. What happened to my baby should never happen to any child. read more

Went in today so my daughter could have her blood drawn and it was the worst medical experience of my life. My daughter was not only having a bad day due to being sick and having a headache, she got to experience the care of a person who hates their job. I understand sometimes people have bad days, but it is not my fault or my daughter's fault. It really broke my heart to know that humanity is tanking and there is no empathy. My daughter expressed being scared and nervous. The female taking her blood was annoyed and just not having it. She was very aggressive and visually bothered. Clenching her fist every 5 seconds in frustration. I tried to reassure my daughter it was going to be okay, that it was not going to hurt. However my efforts were cut short with the women being so pushy and not wanting to draw her blood because she didn't want to "hurt her" or my daughter "hurt her".... As soon as we were called in I tried to be as kind as I could be to fight back with kindness. Despite my efforts her demeanor did not change. It took all I had to fight the erg to give a smart comment but my daughter was watching and I could not lower myself. Especially because I knew she would be conducting a procedure on my daughter and did not want her to treat her worse than she already was. I will however not tolerate this behavior and will speak out. In an industry where caring for others and having empathy for the ones you are helping is built around, it's disheartening that this is the level/standard of care. Being rude to an adult is I guess whatever but to be rude and degrading to a child? Just pure evil. I work in the medical field and my sister was a phlebotomist for a couple years, I know what the job entails and am familiar. I would have greatly appreciated a butterfly needle!! However as it seemed she was in over her head I felt it was too much to ask of her. She was very unprofessional, unprepared, inexperience and obviously not fit to work in an environment of high volume. Don't take your kids here, or ask for someone else. She was wearing lash extensions and had uneven skin texture that she tried to mask with heavy makeup and pimple patches. read more

Wouldn't come here again. Bad service, my baby cried because she got blood taken out and the nurses were bothered that she cried and said it wasn't that serious . She's not even one, of course she's going to cry. She's in a strange room, with random people and getting a needle in her skin. Very unprofessional, they were speaking about outside events , on the phone while attending patients. read more

This was my first time using Labcorp at Walgreens for a doctor prescribed blood test. I showed up early and checked in using my cell phone. In less than a minute wait I was greeted and taken into the lab. The blood tech was very friendly. She drew my blood perfectly with no pain or discomfort. She did a great job. I wish I could remember her name. read more

The gentleman named Armando from the photo department does not have the best customer service skills. He is quite rude and intentionally sighs really loudly to let customers know that he is upset. Very unprofessional behavior. You would think that at the very least cordiality would be expected from a shift lead. read more

This place is sooo slow. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes plus even if you have an appointment. I don't understand the point of allowing customers to schedule appointments if you don't plan to stay true to the appointment time. What's even more frustrating is that if I were to check in 30 mins late then my appointment would be canceled. But since my time doesn't matter to this company they expect customers to wait. read more

Amazing customer service and very clean!!!! I've had issues from other labs with not properly billing my insurance and the woman who did my labs was extremely nice and took her time to ensure all my information and insurance was entered properly. Highly recommend this place for all your lab needs. read more

PRACTITIONER CHYRA KNOX (practicante CHRYA KNOX no es profesional, no venga a este lugar bajo NINGUNA circunstancia hasta que ya no trabaje allí o te arrepentirás) is the most unprofessional and rudest person I have come across working in the medical field within Southern California. I did not think it was possible that someone who interacts so poorly with other people could choose to work in a role concerning health and care. She takes out all of her anger, frustration, and complaints about her job and management on her unsuspecting patients regardless of how they treat her (not true of the other phlebotomists working on site).I had the displeasure of choosing this labcorp location for a drug test and SUFFERED the consequences. She likes to yell at patients taking drug tests but not with actual useful information such as the fact that drinking too much water after a short collection (water she intimidated me into drinking/ said I could have three glasses of) could result in a dilute test until AFTER I gave the second collection which seemed like an incredibly malicious omission of information to me. This drug test was not only incredibly time sensitive for me but I am low income and had to pay 100 dollars to the testing agency I was using in order to restest (which i did at another Riverside location with more professional staff) something that could have been avoided if this practitioner had demonstrated a modicum of interest in the well being of the patients she interacts with. Check in online and waited 20 minutes , walked in just to check why I hadn't gotten a text and the tech called out LAST CALL ?? I hadn't even gotten my first call or notice , she was rude . My experience here was nothing but positive! The check-in process was easy, the wait was surprisingly short for the number of people waiting, and staff was friendly and efficient. I hate needles and was fairly squeamish when it was my turn to get blood drawn, and the staff was great about easing my nerves. I'll definitely be back for any future needs! read more

Staff was incompetent and lied about calling out names. Definitely was not first come first serve. Text says to go to waiting room and wait to be called, but they expect you to knock on the door that they don't answer. Seating is spread out, however the staff does not leave the room to call out patients' names. Waited over an hour, and they could be heard inside talking and laughing. Poor service, will never go there again. They need to hire more professional individuals. read more

It's my 3rd time coming here & the last. It's inside Walgreen store, a tiny booth with 40 people waiting & sitting on floor for about 2 to 4 hours for any test. When you go inside, the employees will welcome you with rude attitude. Try to avoid this place at any cost if you can. read more
