My wife brought me to Baby's First Ultrasound on Dec 14, 2010 as a surprise for my 21st birthday. I have to say that this was the best birthday I have ever had by far. This was all made possible by our receptionist Alisa and was especially possible by our sonographer Carolina. They were both nice, helpful, and friendly. When I first walked in I was amazed and awed at how beautiful all the ultrasounds were in the room. I was very excited when I learned that I was going to witness my son for the 1st time before his birth and as I heard my wife's name being called I jumped out of my seat first before she did I was that excited. As I walked into the session room I was astonished that the room looked like a private movie theater. When everyone was settled in, we waited for our "movie" to start and when my son appeared on the big screen I was amazed on how well the picture quality was and how well Carolina knew exactly how to make our movie star shine. Even though we only had a 20 minute session with our son, I felt like I was there for hours and it was such a touching moment as I saw my son on my birthday that I shed tears of happiness the 1st 5 minutes into the session. There was even a few glimpses that made it even more unforgettable like when he yawned, kicked, even punched as he stretched out, but I think the most memorable experience I'll NEVER forget is when he winked at me as if he knew I was watching him and I knew he was telling me everything was going to be ok ;). I said it once and I'll say it again, this was the BEST birthday I ever had and it was all thanks to my wife, my son, Alisa and Carolina (thank you so much). I will most certainly refer everyone we know to come here and we will be coming for our second session very soon as well as for our future children because our experience was priceless =). read more

This is my second time coming here with the same pregnancy and the staff as always was very professional and nice. My baby didn't want to move and was in a bad position. She was nice to extend my session a little bit more than the 15 minutes to see if we could get some good pictures. Unfortunately we weren't able to get some good ones and ultra sound tech said that if I wanted to come back that they would charge me a $29 office fee. Which I was not to happy about because I had already paid $$58. When I called the appointment center to schedule the appointment she originally said that I would be able to come back free of charge. So to here that's not the case I was little upset because I was told different information when I made the appointment. I do wish that they would have accommodated me more when it came to either charging me only half price for the service that I got considering that I didn't get all the pictures and not all were clear. Or just allowing me to come back free of charge next visit. Only considering that i was told something different on the telephone. I do understand the office is following the rules, but at the same time it is not my fault that I was told false information. With all of that being said that has nothing to do with the atmosphere here or the people because they were all very nice and apologetic about the situation and the wrong information that i was told. read more

My whole experience was wonderful here especially with Carol, she is the ultra sound technician she was awesome she went above and beyond the two times I had to come back first time we came my baby girl was facing my spinal cord and she was so stubborn she did not want to turn or be seen. Carol tried everything she had me lay on my side and drink water etc, but unfortunately she was unable to not make her turn. My second visit here carol instructed me to drink something cold a sugary, so I did as instructed and finally my baby let her self be seen, but she had her hands on her face so carol worked her magic and instructed me to cough and as soon as I did my baby girl moved her arms and carol was able to get a clear picture and video. I was so overwhelmed with joy and happy carol went that extra mile to make me and my family happy so if you're looking for a place to get you're ultra sound here is the place at baby's first ultrasound all staff goes above and beyond and everyone is welcoming and sweet and informative they treat you as family I will totally be coming for my next baby read more

This facility was absolutely amazing. The staff, including the ultrasound technician, were all so friendly and professional. The facility was so clean, you get your temperature checked, and there's hand sanitizer available. My husband and I are first time parents and I'm glad I was able to experience the first ultrasound with my husband. Although I was only 8 weeks and there wasn't much to see since baby is still very tiny, the ultrasound technician was still very patient and took her time with the ultrasound. I am very very pleased and will definitely be coming a few more times throughout my pregnancy. It's also very cool how you can do add-ons to your visit like adding your baby's heart beat to the stuffed animal of your choice and even get keychains with your baby's ultrasound picture. Also, the picture quality for the ultrasound pictures is very good quality!! It isn't the thin paper type like you get at your regular doctor appointments. I was 32 weeks pregnant and went with my mother and father the first time, My daughter was being one tough cookie covering her face. But thanks to a patient staff and a staff who keeped me motivated. I returned a couple days later, kept my old photos and disc AND got a whole new set of AMAZING images! I love my button I wear it proudly and I can for sure say the experiance for anyone who comes is outstanding! Big screen to watch the whole thing with soothing sounds! It was such a rewarding experiance for a great affordable price! Big thanks to my receptionist who helped Kim, great attitude and smile! This place is amazing!! The staff here are so sweet. My family and I came to see the gender of our 4th baby. When i called i was informed of same day appointments which is amazing because i was being so impatient. One of the best parts is they are open later so i didnt have to rush to get here!! When i arrived i was greeted right away and i felt welcomed. I was accompanied by my 3 children, my husband, and my sister. There is so much space for at least 25 people to share this experience with you during your visit. Prices are definitely worth it. Most places i called started off in the high $40 to $50 and here was well below $50 for the gender reveal package. With a 200 inch screen for you and your family to watch the ultrasound who wouldnt enjoy this experience!! I definitely recommend this place to everyone. You will not be disappointed read more

So I saw an add on Instagram for this business on Sunday, and they had availability the same day! They're open 7 days a week! I decided to come the next day, which was today on Monday and I have to say I LOVED the experience here! The staff is very nice, the location is clean and the room they reserve for your ultrasound is so huge accommodating you and at least 25 ppl WITH CHAIRS, and a huge screen like a mini theatre for the viewing of the baby's entire ultrasound and gender reveal! My actual doctor scheduled me to find out the gender on June 17 and this was the best alternative for an impatient mom like me ! Over all I was please with the entire experience and you pay exactly what the package says the price is and they don't make you wait, you fill out a short form and they take you straight to your session apon arrival . read more

When I was 14 weeks I went in to get the gender test done and the 3d done my techs name was NANCY she was horrible my son is very stubborn I told her that and she didn't have any patience for him or my family so I asked if I could come back she said yes I reschueld for a week later. Hoping I had another tech which I did. Her name is Carolina she was AWESOME! I told her The same thing that my son is very stubborn I also asked her to double check he was a boy she did and he is . He didn't want to turn around at 1st so she said try this and that and it worked.... She had so much patience with him and my family I got wonderful shots of his face .... This was the best experience with a tech ive ever had and she is the only reason I will be visiting again .... NANCY NEEDS TO LEAVE OR GET A BETTER ATTIUDE !!!! .... read more

OMG! Unbelievable experience with these two awesome ladies. From the moment I walked in to the background baby music in the background which was Enya til the end they were super awesome and made me feel very comfortable and happy. Aby and Caro are definately a great combo for this ultrasound location. They represent everything customer service should have: respect, manners, patience, professional and great conversation. I am 30 weeks in a half and my babygirl was very cooperative and Carol definately captured the special moment every mother wants on an ultrasound. Aby explained fully the packages and options and very nice and great hospitality. This place is great! we went here three times on the same pregnancy. This facility is great to host a private viewing of the baby for family and close friends. the staff is very nice and very accommodating. we especially like our sonographer Carolina. she is very helpful and very gentle and nice. Both receptionist and sonographer didn't make us wait that long because they space each session accordingly. Even if your baby did not participate well on the first ultrasound, they will still give you a video and the best pictures taken to take home and to show to friends and you can come back later on. They give you tips on how to make the baby move during the ultrasound so you can enjoy seeing their movements. i highly recommend this place for you to take the baby's first ultrasound. read more

Came to Baby's First Ultrasound for our first baby's 4D imaging. It was a great experience from the start, was easy to get in touch and set up an appointment they have a variety of times available and soon. They sent me reminders and were informative. They were accommodating and very welcoming as soon as we entered. The actual visit with the tech was also good she was patient and kind made sure we were happy with the recording. The over all process was quick not a long wait and organized. Definitely would recommend and would come back. The ladies here were super nice from the moment we walked in and they had great options for different packages. They were honest on what to expect according to how far a long I was. They were super nice and answered any questions I had to the best of their ability! I did not want to know the gender yet, but wanted one of my guests to know. So they would tell me when they were going to look so I could look away. They made sure to get a good picture and write it down for my person to know! My boyfriend and I had the plan of going in and finding out the gender of our first baby. I was convinced with excitement that I didn't worry about family members because we were gonna surprise them. Come to find out my mom wanted to surprise us so we went the other route, not finding out. When we got there the girl who assisted us gave us the most perfect option of choosing a bear for both a girl and boy, w/my babies heart beat recorded in it... the bear of the gender would then be given to my parents as they went with us to the appt to watch the revealing as my boyfriend and I closed our eyes.
