horrible staff and horrendous skill. came in to get a blood test and was met with insanely rude staff, telling me I needed to leave because I was late (I wasn't), the list goes on. once I got my actual blood test done, i couldn't BELIEVE how much pain I was in. never in my life have I been in so much pain from a simple blood test. i have horrible bruising and would avoid this location at all costs. read more

Rude staff and unhelpful. Waited an hour. I was patient because the whole waiting room was full to the point where there were no seats so I waited to be called. After an hour, every single person got called even people that got here after me so I mentioned it. I was told I have to check in again, when the staff and I checked my status, it said I was already checked in and she said she'll be back to help me. Came on 6/29/23 under an appointment at 1:40 just for drop off and waited over 15 minutes. I let staff know is 1:50 it's 10 migues delay... like what's the point of making appointment when they still make you wait and there was hardly anyone in there at this time of the day. Horrible service. I checked in and more people kept coming in without appointments and my name kept moving further down the line. Their system went down again on this visit, like previous ones. I don't get it at all. It is the closest one to me otherwise I'd go somewhere else. Asked them a question and They're so rude. I honestly do not know how they can treat people like that. Where is their empathy, they serve patients and show no compassion or empathy to the people they are hired to assist. It is baffling and incomprehensible to say the least. I am grateful for our medical professional that Do demonstrate their willingness to help and are empathetic and helpful. Perhaps even have the ability to bare a genuine smile when a smiling person approaches them for a simple question; "Have I been called? While I went to the restroom." I'm time consuming since I have troubled veins. It sometimes takes a second or third poke-same as every where else but they listen to me when telling them my go to vein when all else fails!!! I had blood work done over a month ago. They wouldn't accept my insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket. My insurance said I am in network, but Quest has nothing saying I was there. I should have left this review a lot sooner. Listen! Nobody likes getting blood work. The fasting, The lines, the wait, the discomfort...but this facility has been and will continue to be my go to! The staff is AMAZING! They are working hard to get patients in and out as quickly as possible. They are practicing social distancing, face masks, and I literally watched one of the techs wipe down surfaces twice in the 20 minutes we were there. Make an appointment! It makes the process fast and easy! Set up is easy! Huge shout out and thank you to the staff for being second to none!! STELLAR- Lina and the ladies at this Quest location were top-notch professional, efficient and quick. I set an appointment online last week, received a QR code via email, and upon my appointment time, scanned it at one of the self-serve kiosks. When I walked into suite 102, all I could hear was a slight parody of OutKast, "so adept and so clean clean." After checking in at the kiosk, they call your name for paperwork and insurance and then once more for your actual appointment. I was led into a cubicle with Lina, and although this wasn't my first time drawing blood, once I saw all the tubes, my eyes bulged. Unknowingly or not, she eased my nerves with her quick and virtually painless process. I have plenty of tattoos and in her experience she admitted it's not uncommon for tatted folk to get nervous about drawing blood- thank you for being so gentle and kind!! **note: I highly suggest setting an appointment online. I set one for 7:15 this morning and by 7:30, the room was packed with a mix of appointments + walk-ins... appointments are prioritized. A limerick for Lina: In suite 102, Lina knows what to do. Had to come here for a 3 hour glucose test. The staff was so accommodating and nice. They offered me a room in the back to lay down and it made all the difference. I don't think I would have been able to get through that process without all their accommodations. So glad I went to this quest for my testing! Get routine lab work done every 6 months. Today, someone tells me that that they can't do it because it requires a draw in the A.M. my appointment was at 9:30 am.... It's still the A.M. as I write this, but they can't draw because it requires an A.M. draw. Genius. read more
