Just want to write this for anyone fearful of needles like me. I had a great experience here so I want share that this place is very good and I recommend it for anyone with medical anxiety. I like it here because it's not a doctors office so it lowered my anxiety. I was shopping for seasonal decor while waiting for my name to get called. Once my appointment started the nurse kept chatting and making small talk- I could tell it was to keep me distracted from the needle and it worked :) I'm sure it depends on which nurse you get but my blood draw was basically painless and they took a lot of blood too. (I think my nurse name was Esther?, she was very skilled and so nice) I made an appointment and even though I was a couple min late they saw me within like 2 min of me checking in. I would recommend this location and come as early as possible since you can't eat food before the test. read more

This place is less crowded and usually the earliest lab you can get an appointment at. However, the nurses' skill level is quite poor, and they work very casually. If you happen to get the tall lady, make sure to request someone else--otherwise you might end up like my vein. She inserted the needle carelessly and punctured straight through it. read more

I've been to both locations in Corona and their systems are always "down" for the last year. Both locations are incredibly slow. If you don't have an appointment, which is always two weeks out, don't bother. You will sit and wait the whole day because they take EVERY appt before a walk in. Even the people with appointments, had a wait time. The only positive was the employees had a lot of patience and were very nice. read more

The wait time is forever for walk-in. If you do not have appointment, forget about this place. They let you check in as walk in, your name will be on the wait list . And you are patient enough to wait 2 hours then they will still call the name of appointment that under your name on the list. Just because they are running behind for appointment and no care about walk in people that are waiting for more than 2 hours and been sitting there right in front of the door. This is the worse lab service I ever experienced. I was using the service here before and the wait time for walk in is not bad. I don't know what happened recently but yes, stay away if you do not have appointment. To the business Please consider to block the walk in for certain waiting time window . Or do not accept walk in to check in if you are unable to provide service. Checked in today with my Mom to get her Lab Work done and we had such a positive and pleasant experience! The check in system was so simple and easy and we really liked the Screen by the waiting area showing us our priority standing as scheduled Patients. Unfortunately since it was my Mom's first time getting Labwork done here she forgot the Paperwork she was supposed to bring, but the Lab Techs here were so patient and understanding! They checked their system first to see if there were any Emails on file they could refer to, and when there wasn't any they reassured us that we could go home real quick to get the Paperwork and we would still be served as soon as possible when we returned. My Mom got to wait in the Walgreens in a comfortable and air conditioned Environment, and when I returned with the Paperwork she was taken care of quickly and efficiently! Thank You to the Parkridge Labcorp Team for being so organized, friendly, cool headed, and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this location to all members of the Community, they have a very open and accomadating schedule and there's lots of fun places to eat and shop in the Plaza afterward too! read more

Been here a few times and system seems to be always down so there had to be a manual checkin. I was first, waiting since 7:15, just for the employee to have someone else cut claiming she told him to come back at 8am but the employee wasn't even there when I was waiting. They had no access to online so anyone without a paper req was out of luck. Awful. read more

This was my first time here. I had an appointment at 8:15am and was seen around 8:20am. They prioritize appointments. The staff talked a lot which was really nice. It calmed my anxiety down to hear about things other than blood work. Alexis did my withdrawal and she talked to me all about her cute dog. It was very quick and painless. read more

Older lady with curly blonde hair was really rude. Her customer service wasn't great. She put the gauze and bandage and alcohol wipe resting on my shoulder while she drew blood instead of putting it down on the table or chair. She gave zero instructions but yet expected me to know when to put my hand in a fist without her telling me.the lady just seemed bothered to be there. I brought my four young children in to get bloodwork. Rosie C was there by herself. She was absolutely fantastic with these scared young girls. In the middle of the girls getting their blood drawn there was some flooding from the bathroom. And though it was obvious things weren't going as expected, she was professional and composed the entire time. Thanks again Rosie, you were great. read more

Employees here are incompetent and severely lacking in a any sort of decent patient care. They are barely even considered healthcare workers. More of a joke. Rude and unprofessional. They will treat you like you are a hindrance in their day by showing up. One of them simply refused to draw labs despite having the order for labs saying well "I don't want you to get charged". Which to me did not matter if I was going to get charged or not. She refused and just said "okay have a good day" Im not sure if they're just burnt out or just have a bad attitude. I went to Labcorp for a pre-employment drug screen and was treated like a criminal and stero-typed unfairly due to how I look and the way I dress possibly my tattoos. Who knows? All I can say is the staff that I dealt with was so unprofessional and untrained I was shocked that they are even allowed to deal with the public let alone provide a service that is important to a person and their new employment. Such responsibility should come with more than just one persons word versus another. I followed all the directions and instructions I was given and was never in the wrong or behaved in any type of manner that would suggest I had intentions of corrupting my test. I have never been so insulted and disgusted with the service I received. The collector by the name of Rosie was alone at 3:50 pm on a sunday and the location closes at 5:30. I checked in at 3:50 pm which still fell within the time slot that drug screens were performed. I proceeded to be called in and begin the test process. I gave no type of attitude or any hesitance to the collectors instructions and followed every step I was told. I went into the restroom with the collector and placed my purse and jacket into the lock box then proceeded to lock and give the key to the collector. She witnessed me do it and neither of us checked to verify it was actually locked. That I feel was her negligence and not mine. I gave my sample and proceeded out of the restroom and placed my sample on the counter as told and sat down. The collector then proceeded into the restroom and abruptly came out claiming the box was never locked when she clearly witnessed me lock it. I did not enter the restroom with her and therefore do not know if she opened the box herself. The key was given to her promptly after my items were placed inside and locked. If there was a question of the box being locked it should have been addressed the moment she took the key. I told her that there is no way I would ever attempt to corrupt a test for employment and have no worries of passing a drug screen. She stated to me "I knew I would have problems with you." I immediately asked for a supervisor after her statement. I was disgusted by her behavior. I offered to show her my purse and she refused. I was then told that I had 3 hours to re-test but I did not have 3 hours to waste waiting to give another sample. I never spoke with any supervisor and left the facility. This caused me major problems with my start date as well as humiliation in front of a new employer. This would have been avoided if there were another collector present to witness her actions and verify who is telling the truth. I was given a phone number for her supervisor and never received a call back. I then complained on the corporate website and will be filling a complaint with the better business bureau. The lack of customer service training is horrible. I can not believe the lack of integrity and horrifying behavior this collector showed. I hope that this never happens again to anyone else because it was a nightmare. I can only imagine how many others have been thru similar treatment. Even if this does nothing more than inform the public about such a horrible employee I could care less if they are reprimanded for their actions.
