She was friendly, professional, easy to talk to, and really took the time to listen to me and answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The front desk staff were amazing as well. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and made the check-in process easy. The medical assistants were also great and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Since I've never had a primary care provider before, I wasn't really sure what to expect, but the entire staff made the whole experience comfortable and easy from start to finish. I left feeling like I had finally found someone I could trust with my healthcare. I'm very glad I chose Hillside Primary Care and would definitely recommend Lizbet and the entire team to anyone looking for a provider.

Everything and everyone as professional and friendly.... EXCEPT the first Radiology man I had…read more He was NOT very friendly, and acted like I was bothering him. When we, as patients are there, we are in pain, at a new environment, and vulnerable. He never communicated anything to me, what was happening, what would be happening... The Cat scan room (I didn't know I was having one, only heard X ray from prior staff) was absolutely freezing! I could not stop shivering and laid down on the cold table. I told him I had a bad back and asked for a pillow under my knees. He reluctantly walked over to get one. Then as I expressed I was shivering, he tells me to control it, that it would ruin the procedure. HOW DO YOU CONTROL your Shivering? Finally after awhile, he walked over and gave me a cover, not a blanket. It was better than nothing. I tried to relax on my own but it was difficult. I was wearing a Tshirt and long pants. After he disappeared, I had NO communication what , when, was happening or going to happen. The machine just made different noises and now and then it would move me. Only because I just had an MRI, I figured it would be awhile but had no way to communicated that I knew of or was told to me. Toward the end of what seemed forever, a different man came and said he was replacing the first one. I heard him later say something to the nurse about taking over and I assumed the first man was at the end of his shift when he got me? THANK GOD he hopefully went home! The second, replacement, communicated, was professional, and kind. That was all I asked, communication at a place I never had been to, a procedure I was not familiar with... do not think that is much to ask. Long story short, I would return but would refuse service from the first man if I ever saw him again.

this place has over perscribed my mother twice now, including two anti depressants at once, and…read moreblood presure medication. the physicans here do not check the notes of others, and will give you drugs that will conflict with your body; my mother was made to see things that were not there, because of their malpractice; she also has had dizziness and falling issues, from the medication given; at one point, she was given the oral version of a topical cream, and it caused her to see "ghosts", while she has been sound of mind her whole life. care providers will ask how youre feeling, or what an ailment may be that you have, but then they will perscribe another drug, without asking how the prior ones have made you feel. the doctors may "care", but at times, i have had to check my mother's doctor on their methods of care, and the like. if you use humana, or a government assisted medical care plan of any kind, do not go here, ask for a different center, and press them to make sure that they are paying attention to what you need and how you feel. go any where, or any place other than here.
