I explained that my doctor's office was unable to draw my blood after expressing difficulties finding veins and that I was used to this issue. I also expressed that I was a bit nervous, but the tech was quick getting the needle in and drawing all the required blood. I barely felt the needle and it was over before I knew it; the entire process was completed before my scheduled appointment time even started. It's easy to tell this tech has a lot of experience, thank you for hiring quality people!

A doctor's office tends to forget to send lab orders frequently so they have managed to fit me in when I do get the orders. The techs I have had have all been excellent. I have difficult veins and every time I go here they always get me the first time. So I am not sure where they were trained but they are better than other LabCorps. They have private rooms for the blood draws so that makes you more comfortable. The waiting room is now shared with a physical therapy office. Check the hours before you go, as they are closed for lunch.

So glad I did!Kawania was extremely professional and competent at her job, as well as warm and personable. She is great with people, and drew my blood faster and cleaner than anyone ever has- no poking and prodding. We chatted some, and she told me this is a new business that she is hoping to take full-time, but currently still working full-time for a different laboratory, and doing this part-time. She is a one woman crew, which means you'll have consistency in good communication from making the appointment to drawing the blood in person. I learned that she's a mother, veteran, and woman of color-- and most importantly, just seems like an incredibly kind, sincere, hard working person who clearly has a big heart. Starting a business is really hard, and I wanted to do my part and helping to get her name out, so I listed her business just now and I'm leaving this review. I hope you'll give her a try. You're gonna have to pay some kind of fee no matter where you go- so why not help an awesome community members small business get off the ground, rather than putting more pennies into corporate healthcare's pockets?

Thirty minutes and $80'ish later, we were walking back out the door after having seen the provider. Didn't feel rushed through like cattle and Dad was feeling much better the following day due to the RX provided. Only issue was one of the RX given the ins didn't want to cover. I prob could have called the office back and asked for an alternative, but instead just got a partial fill. So 4.5 stars, and that rounds to 5. Just please, for the love of all, keep enough providers and staff on hand to ensure your wait time stays reasonable. Area doesn't need another shoddy and understaffed urgent care!

I wasn't sure if she was calling out for me to come back but she stood behind the door and called my name mispronounced it and gave me hella attitude when I came up asking if it was me or not her response was "your the only one sitting out there" but she never came around the corner or nothing. She put up an argument and didn't apologize. It wasn't the point of mispronouncing the name it was the way she went about it, very unprofessional. No matter how much water I drank, it just wouldn't happen. So, they told me they were going to be closing soon & that I could go across the street to do it at Any Lab Test Now. I drove on over & there were 3 people ahead of me and only one employee, but he was very efficient. I should've gone there at first because the experience was just better. I could "go", but days later I was told by the employer that my urine was too diluted because of all the water I was drinking at Quest, and I had to do it again. I went straight back to the place & was in and out in no time. I highly recommend this location.

Excellent customer support from everyone! The gentleman I scheduled with was so helpful; correcting my booking errors and had great patience and understanding. Lkisha, the phlebotomist, called the day before and showed up right on time. She is friendly, detailed, and very professional. I've had some difficult draws, but she has the knack. Did the blood draws for my Genova kit and was in and out so quickly.
