Waking up early to have blood drawn, not fun. Waking up early and not being able to drink my morning coffee, not fun. Labcorp? Easy peasy! You can check in online in the warmth of your car. They are practicing social distancing. You do not need to check in on the machines inside, I mention this as another reviewer complained about them. But as I did not use them I can't speak to their effiency or not. I absolutely hate having blood drawn because you never know if the person doing it is going to hit a vein or miss it and bruise up your arm. This individual, I didn't get his name, was excellent. I really HATE the new check in machines they have here now. To begin with it's totally impersonal. The staff will help you ONLY AFTER you screw up. When you walk in they basically point to the machine. No, good morning, how are you, how can I help you. Their customer service went our the door when the machine came in. There's no way around using this stupid machine. I suggest never forgetting your drivers license. Because then you have to enter all your information by hand and it takes some time. Don't mess up or you have to start over. It's so frustrating! I love the lady that wears the khimar/headscarf. She's very friendly and a sweet person. Andreas is also pleasent to work with. Sara on the other hand is unfriendly and grumpy with a permanent b#@*& face. read more

Went to this place with a friend to get her lab work done. Overall the place is nice but the check in process is worst. There are two staff on the desk. (No offer to help with the check in process) You are required to check in on the iPad. There was only one iPad. The system is so slow. The iPad would not recognize the is card or the insurance card. Took a total of 3 tried for it if finally work. The funny thing is that we were not even finished with the whole checkin process and her name was called for the lab work. So don't know why the checkin process is even there??? While we were having a hard time checking in with the iPad they two staff of the desk were busy talking to each with no offer to help with the checkin process. read more

I made my appointment online for 9:15,got there 20 minutes earlier, and they were able to do my labs within the next 5-7 minutes! Person in front desk is attentive, the same for the gentleman taking the blood. I recommend this lab. read more

Upon walking into the lobby I was not greeted by either receptionist. The new self check in kiosk is confusing for most - especially the elderly. I'm sure it's in place to make it easier for the employees - not the customers. The receptionists were not warm to any customers - and, in front of several customers, spoke about the odd behavior of a regular customer once he left. Their demeanor left much to be desired and was unprofessional. They do not communicate well with any of their customers and, at one point, left me standing at the counter for several minutes with no instruction or acknowledgement after I had asked them to confirm if they received additional lab work my doctor was to fax over. Between the lack of multiple kiosks and the unfriendliness of the receptionists, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Shame on LabCorp for removing even more 'patient care' from the field. read more

I walked in without an appointment, which is fine. The poor woman behind the desk was the sole employee, at this location. She was receptionist, blood draw technician, clean up aid and payment clerk. She was doing a fine job. She had over 30 clients in the first two hours of business and a full waiting room of clients waiting to be seen. She did an outstanding painless blood draw for me. Thank You! I still do not understand: How can a blood panel be charged at $408. Then, I pay $15 and the insurance company pays about $43 and all is good? I pay $8 for a blood draw from a lab in La Paz (Mexico) to check the basics. The US medical and insurance system (Monopoly) is extremely frightening! read more

I made an appointment in my doctor's office (online at labcorp.com) while waiting for them to print up the lab requisition. The soonest the website allows an appointment to be made same day is two hours. So two hours later, I went to the lab, easy check in, friendly, efficient and prompt service, smooth blood draw. Long line at 7:30 am opening. Now they have a machine to check people in. We all have to wait for each person to type their name and info in. Then we get to touch the same screen. Meanwhile the receptionist and one other person sit at the desk and watch everyone struggle. And the guy who's supposed to be drawing blood is out in the lobby helping people enter their info bc the system is confusing. This makes no sense. I won't come back. Will go across town to another lab. Message to labcorp: get rid of the stupid machine. read more

Every time I've been here, the receptionist / phlebotomist has been friendly and helpful. The check-in machines never remember my new address (maybe it's reading the old address off my driver's license), so I always have to enter it again. But that's a minor inconvenience. I've been to many different LabCorp and Quest offices, and this is my favorite. read more

As long as you make an appointment in advance, show up on time, I've never had any issues whatsoever. I'm normally in and out with my bloodwork done in 15 min. Morning are always busy. The two lab techs that work here are fast and nice. They are open from 730 to 430 closed from 12 to 1 for lunch. You can also make and appointment if you have to go fasting or something in the morning, just go to labcorp.com read more

I used to not mind going to this place but today pissed me off. First off I tried to make an appointment last night but it wouldn't let me. Then I get here in the morning and two ladies are sitting at the desk but can they do their job and help me; no. The check in machines are so stupid. I've been here before but it don't scan my insurance card right and I have to input it. The directions on the screen were vague and the ladies don't even help. I mean they are two feet away chatting about food while I have been fasting. Wtf is this Check in machine. It did not speed up the process for anyone. read more

I had such a great experience here! It was my first time using lab Corp and I will definitely go back. I went after their lunch hour (they close 12-1pm for lunch) and was promptly greeted by the staff. They asked if I had an appointment and I told them "no" so they had me check in at the kiosk in the front. I found the kiosk to be very fast and efficient. They ask for your ID card and insurance card then take pictures of them and BOOM! You're in the system! Easy! Once I checked in they had me take a seat for 2 minutes, pay, then got my blood drawn right away! The man who drew my blood was the friendliest, sweetest, funniest man! He made me feel so at ease! I was in and out of lab corp within 20 minutes! What I thought was going to be a drawn out, stressful experience was actually a fantastic one! Thank you lab corp! read more
