I can not say enough great things about Green Home Solutions. When I was smelling mold in my home but couldn't visibly find it Emil and Gabriel came out to do a full assessment. After checking for moisture in our walls I was horrified when they discovered mold growing in a closet that had been hidden behind a dresser. Turns out we had moisture damage in several walls due to a leaking drain pipe under our shower causing mold growth on our Sheetrock inside the walls. Remediation began quickly and Gabriel was very thorough rooting out any potential sources of leaks and eliminating all traces of mold. What was a stressful situation was made so much easier by Emil's amazing customer care from initial assessment to recommendations for repair. Our home had quite a bit of water damage and mold. We were told by several other professionals that they could not find where the water was coming from. Emil did a crawlspace inspection for me after I had mold remediation done by another company. He was reasonably priced, thorough, and honest. Even better, he went above and beyond and stayed in touch with me via email a few weeks after the inspection, advising me on dehumidifiers for the crawlspace and also gave other advice (even though he wasn't making money on it). This is literally the MOST ETHICAL mold inspection and remediation company you can rely on. We called Emil Font to inspect a rental we were planning to move into. He very carefully and patiently explained on the phone the differences in different ways to inspect and sample mold as I was coming from the health perspective. He was easy to communicate with. He was prompt. When we arrived, he was wearing a mask as we are in a pandemic (and we were wearing ours, also). On arrival, he discovered that he had done an inspection on this house for the landlord in the past and could not proceed with the inspection despite having driven out to the site because he was protecting his work and did not want to create a conflict of interest with his earlier client.
