I was explicit from the start with BioMax about the necessity of finding the source(s) of the neurotoxins and mycotoxins present. Michael was confident that he could help us. I gave permission to engage in "destructive" testing - so that they could drill into walls or lift up floor boards in effort to provide unequivocal evidence of mold presence. They did not do this. BioMax did little more than confirm what I already knew. The house has mold. But they could not pinpoint where the sources were. Subsequently, they provided a long and detailed suggested remediation report that looked impressive, but was in fact woefully inadequate. You can't effectively remediate a water damaged house without locating the actual sources!! Given that the assessment was incomplete, because they didn't locate the sources, and because the remediation recommended was clearly going to be insufficient, I had no choice but to hire another mold testing company. This company indicated that they could and would find the sources. They did. I and other members of my family are quite ill with mold toxicity and related conditions. Had I followed BioMax's remediation plan, we would have paid out tens of thousands of dollars to "remediate" and would have remained sick because the mold would have continued to flourish within the walls, HVAC system, and under the floors. Put plainly, BioMax's work was insufficient and incompetent. When I presented them with all of this and requested my money be returned, they refused. Michael said that they met contractual obligations. I say that's a cop out. They should stand behind their work. Integrity should prevail. You're messing with people's health! FAIL.

We got a 2026 model Hotspring Jetsetter LX. Best hot tub I have ever been in, super quiet, powerful jets. We use it a few times a week. I was a bit concerned about the power needs of keeping it hot but the insulation is amazing and the heater only comes on for a few minutes every 4 or 5 hours (see the graph from my Tesla power management app). The top is very light but keeps in heat and also the water. Only had to add a bit of water after 3 months! Recommend this equipment and this vendor. I can't comment yet on their warranty service as the product has been flawless.
