Instead they installed a controlled ventilation system and put down a vapor barrier. Their team did a great job and our crawlspace no longer smells musty and the temperature/humidity is very comfortable in there. Their pricing was very fair (cheaper than other estimates we received) and Tim was great about explaining everything and giving us an honest opinion. He literally missed several red flags inside the home which we are in the process of being repaired but found numerous inane things outside the home AND he left a radon detector in the house without our or our realtors knowledge. His inspection was brief and clearly he found "enough" to satisfy the buyer not purchasing the home. His estimates of repair were way off base and he asked prior how old the roof was and our realtor knew the roof was 1.5 years old and then he asked after inspection how old the roof was. He is totally incompetent and would never use him for any purpose. We had his list checked by another professional who laughed at his findings and pricing.
