With a referral from my surgeon, I contracted Urology Associates to have it removed. They said I would have to be treated like a brand new regular patient and they could see me in 3 weeks. 3 weeks during which my risk of infection increases exponentially. My surgeon called and they agreed to see me Tuesday. They just called back and said they made a mistake and that I would have to go the new patient route and cancelled my appointment. Worst service ever. Avoid at all costs. Their focus is process over care.
