Didn't acknowledge the fact that I tried to say something to her that was of concern of mine as far as the correct paperwork. Sometimes people are here because they're sick, and trying to find out exactly what is wrong and the lack of kindness was astonishing. I hope they can fix this, because it seems odd to me how these people have zero care in the world for the people they're taking blood from. Believe me, I understand how customer service can be and people are just nasty, but try not to take it out on others, especially in a field like this. This is the second time I've been to this location, and the first time I had a guy and he wasn't the friendliest either.

Usually don't have this problem but the needle was too large for my arm and everything felt like it was being pulled the second she shoved (literally) the needle in. All of the ladies there were absolutely amazing--so attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to make sure my daughter was comfortable, and somehow managed to make the process completely stress-free. She didn't even cry! As a parent, that means everything. Had an MRI done..it took 6 days for a radiologist to read it. Probably because it was so poorly done. My surgeon took it to the tumor board and it was unanimous to go somewhere else as the slides/results were subpar. Spring Hill MRI alluded stage one. Went to TGH..had an extensive MRI done and read within 24 hours..stage 3. Big difference...and absolutely unacceptable that they were so off. Spoke with billing concerning this issue since I had to have and pay for another. Was told they'd wipe the tiny balance owed but would not refund on the awful MRI done. Of course..I'm still getting bills and will have to waste time to call about it tomorrow. Stay far away from here if you're looking for accurate results.
