Had to get a CBC, went to Labcorp and they shrugged at me and didn't care because I didn't have a doctors notice. Here at Quest it literally got done within 15m or less not even kidding, IM THRILLED. 10/10 recommend it, extremely fast and efficient.

My barely 25‑year‑old daughter, Taylor, was killed by what multiple independent physicians and an…read moreautopsy have confirmed was reckless medical negligence and neglect at an HCA Florida hospital where she was taken after being rear‑ended at a red light. Her internal bleeding went undiagnosed for about eight hours despite the nurses repeatedly notifying the doctor of glaring signs. Once imaging was finally ordered and active internal bleeding was confirmed, surgery was delayed for roughly seven more hours. In the meantime, the doctor ordered mass blood transfusion in a way that worsened her condition instead of stabilizing her, while failing to move the central line that he improperly placed and that the radiologist recommended be repositioned. HCA Healthcare has faced no consequences, and there is no way for people researching physicians through the Florida Department of Health (DOH), the medical licensing board, to see what happened to my daughter. Because she was 25, unmarried, and had no children, Florida's 'Free Kill' law strategically blocked me from pursuing legal recourse to ensure the hospital and its physicians are held accountable so the harm does not continue. If you or your loved ones rely on HCA Healthcare in Florida, please take time to learn how this system really works and how families can protect themselves. Went in for a sore throat. Hadn't been able to sleep for days and could barely swallow. New…read moreresident to Florida with no job yet, so knew I'd be paying out of pocket, but I didn't 't want to face another sleepless night. Now, I can excuse the long wait time - they were busy - and tolerate the indifferent office staff, but not the poor care. They said I had strep throat. I was given a printout that has nothing I couldn't Google myself. When I asked the woman who handed me the papers a question, she said it's all in the printout. My wife had driven me over and waited patiently while I was in there. She asked me what pharmacy they were sending me to. I diodn't see it on the paperwork and went back into the office to ask. One of the two indifferent office staff told me it was oin the first page. Nope. Took the paperwork back inside and the other one, who had handed me the papers, said I wasn't being given a prescription. So I paid $95 of my hard-earned money to be told to "get better," and if my symptions got worse, go to the ER. Wow. This is some way to do business. Google's Gemini states that "The most common cause of a sore throat is a virus, not bacteria. In this case, antibiotics would be ineffective and potentially harmful by contributing to antibiotic resistance. A proper diagnostic test, like a rapid strep test or throat culture, is necessary to determine the cause." That's fine, but they didn't do a strep test. The NP looked at my throat and said it was strep because of how red it was. The Nurse Practioner who saw me did not say anything other than that I should change my tooth brush. So I would say the strikes against this particular facility are incompetent care and snide, indifferent office staff. Considered lodging a formal complaint but chose not to. Would never go back and would never recommend them.

This delayed my knee surgery and I had a cardiologist run all relevant tests. His EKG showed no evidence of a heart attack and the tests showed that my heart was healthy. Now just over a year ago I went to care one for a persistent cough. At that time the did a EKG for unknown reasons and at that time informed me that I had had a recent heart attack. I went to the cardiologist that they recommended and after various tests was told that I had not had a heart attack and that my heart was healthy. So after all this I was billed and expected to pay for their incompetence. I would suggest they hire knowledgeable medical staff and their review ratings may actually go up

I'd advise making an appointment if you are in a lot of pain or otherwise cannot wait. The waiting…read moreroom was filled but the 45 min. wait time quoted was about accurate. The staff are nice, it is a busy holiday weekend. I had them check on an X-ray from ages ago when I fell down the stoop, and they were able to locate it even though we quoted them the wrong date of service. I'm hoping that the results from the X-ray don't show worse degeneration than I had before. My new orthopedic doctor sent me there after an appointment today. He doesn't know how to help or evaluate me until he gets the results of these x-rays and of bloodwork back. I get so confused by trying to navigate the medical system that I feel like I should hire a medical assistant just to help me keep my appointments , meds and head on straight. Pain and degenerative disease is affecting my memory, or perhaps it's something else. But I don't recognize who I am anymore because of pain and disease. Which leads me to explain, I was very appreciative of how helpful and sweet the x-ray staff is. Particularly Adrian, the x-ray tech. I had broke down crying because it seems to be a "perfect storm" lately of intense bodily pain from the many falls I've had, as well as arthritis, and the heat outside, plus it's coming up on a holiday weekend so the roads and the waiting rooms were extra crowded today. Adrian and the young lady in medical records (I can't remember her name, she had medium to long dark hair and was very sweet as well), made things bearable today.

Plus MRI tech has no bed side manners. I am a 71 year old handicapped female who could not get up from the MRI table without a little help. The tech replied he could not, did not have the physical capabilities, to help me. Thanks, but no thanks. I refuse to come here ever again. By the way the X-ray tech was fantastic.
