The technician showed up on time, and when back up was required the senior support manager came within 20 minutes. The plumber we originally called (different company) took 2 days and 4 visits to "incomplete" the job. Roto Rooter got the job done in one service call and stayed until the job was done correctly. The new Roter Rooter does not just fix drains. They do it all and they do it well.

The parts that needed to be replaced cost $25. I gladly accepted his price and he got the job done in 30 minutes. This just goes to show that you don't have to call a "name brand" to get the job done. For those of you who like to use the big name plumbers, have at it. I'll stick to the independents. I'd give Roto Rooter 0 stars but that option isn't available on Yelp.

When they arrived the owner started yelling about cleaning the one carpet. He had told me I could put it on the driveway. It had been rolled up in the garage. He yelled saying "animals peed on it" I hadn't realized but the kittens must have urinated on the back of it. But it has a thick rubber back. So the urine was not on the fabric. Anyways, he advertises he can clean pet stains. When I said it must be on the back. He yelled "No it's on it, I can smell it" then he stomped into my home. Where he yelled again "I won't be able to clean that one either, its wool" He went on "I told you I can't clean wool" I pulled the tag off the back of the carpet. It wasn't wool, as I figured. It was polyester. He should have known this. He's the carpet guy. This guy was obnoxious, so rude, disrespectful, out of control in my home. I just told him he could leave. I ended up cleaning the rugs and they look and smell great. IDK I thought what could have been going on. He seemed in a rush. Did he have another job come up which payed better? He couldn't be bothered with my little job? Please keep this in mind. When finding a carpet cleaning service. He is also associated with Spring Hill Carpet. Who I made the error of asking to come out next. They both gave very poor service. They don't have honest reviews on their websites either. Since they removed my reviews. They are all a dime a dozen. Justin didn't call back when he said he would. Nor did he show up on time. I had a feeling I should…read morebe concerned. But he could do the work right away and he told me he was late because of a sick kid. Then he said he himself was under the weather. It is cold and flu season so I figured it was possible. While they were working these guys were acting bizarre. Being verbally loud, and making unnecessary noises. At one point I thought someone was hurt they were yelling so much. After starting the job Justin complained saying 'this is a lot harder to work with then I thought." Even though I was giving him a $125.00 bonus to do the job on Saturday. He asked for cash and to this date, one month later. He hasn't given me a receipt. I made the big mistake of leaving before they had finished the job. I was notified of a memorial service at the last minute. So I left before they had finished the ceilings. Now I realize I should have canceled and rescheduled the job. Or if I could see into the future I would have never used them to do any work. My disabled son stayed to pay them the cash they requested. I told my son to ask questions. My son told me these guys were mocking him when he asked why they didn't paint the hall. Actually what he saw was they textured over the drywall and left the drywall visible. That is what he was questioning. Also there are peaks and snowdrifts in the spakel which follow no pattern. Justin took a smooth ceiling and made it textured without asking me. Then he didn't finish the texturing up to the edges. I know a professional would not do a job this way. They also left a crease on the ceiling in the hallway and blade marks in the design. It looks terrible. Just to further show the low quality of service. They left a huge mess. My son would never notice they left a mess of drywall dust all over the house. When I left they were done cutting and hanging the drywall. This means the drywall dust all over my house happened from the drapes on the floor. They washed there equipment up in the front yard. So there are large drywall pebbles all over the front yard. I heard from Justin who told me it is normal to let the drywall show through and the mess happened during the process. But he agreed to come and make an attempt to improve the poor spakling he had done... that was four weeks ago. Since then he's 'Canceled' three times. He's just stringing me along. He has no intention of fixing the mess he made. Overall I am very dissatisfied with thier work. I have pictures which I have included. Pictures don't tell stories. I payed 800.00 for this messy work. I have reported Justin to the FL Consumer General for not providing me with a receipt and not completing the job, as agreed.

They moved every piece of furniture, absolutely no bait and switch on the pricing, he used a professional Rake carpet when done which removes so much of the debris from the process. Incredibly, a deep steam pre treatment is always included and they use a bio degradable enzyme solution for an excellent deep clean process. They said they also do tile and grout.
