I met with Tina who was my nurse practitioner and she was so polite and friendly and really took the time to listen to my complaints. She was very thorough in her diagnosis and I felt like she was way better than any other urgent care I had ever gone to. I didn't feel rushed and I feel like I was treated so well as a patient and I'm so very thankful that I ran into her today to address my health symptoms. Honestly, I would give this place 10 stars if I could, but since you could only leave five stars, I'm giving five stars. Thank you so much Tina for all your kindness and professionalism. I definitely will be back anytime. I need to go to an urgent care as this place is going to be on top of my list.

He explained everything (pricing, Calibration, etc) and walked me through the process with contacting insurance. Communication was great throughout and efficient. The invoice & payment process was easy too! They also were proactive and noticed that an oil change was super overdue. Claymont Auto is next door so was able to change that. Pricing was better in comparison to the other shops I've used in the past. The air freshener and warming my car up were nice touches at pick up!
