I called the doctor and they claimed they already sent it but they'll send it again. She read back the fax number and I confirmed she had the correct number. 15 minites later, they still claim they didn't recieve it. Called the doctor again and she said she has sent me the fax immediatly after I talked to her the last time. Waited 15 minites and they claim they still haven't received it. Each time I went to the window, The woman sitting at the desk said she's on the computer and to wait. She finished typing on her computer and now she won't even acknowlege I'm still at the window. Finally, she got up after I said excuse me, still ignoring me, she went in the back for about five minutes and I asked if she recieved the fax yet said she blurted out NO while having a stupid smirk on her face. By this time, I'd been there a hour. I had enough and left. While the women were loudly gabbing away, I heard profanity which was easily within earshot of the waiting room. These women are so unprofessional, I actually came to the conclusion I was probably better off them NOT poking me with a needle. This was easily the worst Labcorp I've ever been to. I had to cancel my doctor appointment because of this.

I scheduled my pre-employment drug screen here because the Labcorp on Silverside no longer offers…read morethat service. They had me wait for 50 minutes. Normally this is not a huge deal but today my bladder was full of clean urine so it was quite uncomfortable. The lady finally calls me back and immediately tut tuts me for not having my ID and lab work slip out and ready. It took me about 30 seconds to produce both of those. They make you put everything from your pockets into this bench in the bathroom, so don't bring anything more than what you need. Then she has me fill the cup with pee and I bring it out to her. She pours the pee from the cup into two tubes. She knocks both of the piss filled tubes over when she tries to press the lids down - Quest should probably use screw on lids going forward. I joke "want me to help lick it up?", she said "no, I got it" and proceeds to take her glove off and wipe it up with a wet wipe, which just spread the pee across the entire surface of the grey plastic cabinet. She mutters "I hate it when this happens." If you're ever here, don't lean on that cabinet by the bathroom. I go back into the bathroom to finish peeing while she finishes up and the lady busts the door down and surprises me in the bathroom - ah yes of course, she needs to wash my urine off her hands. If you don't mind waiting 50 minutes for simple lab work then this is the place for you.

When I asked the ghetto front desk associate she just says, "we're running behind." This place doesn't deserve any of the stats it has gotten. Will NEVER USE THIS LABCORP AGAIN. Update: Front desk girl deleted numerous patients, saying it was a "misunderstanding," after having wait time NOW OVER AN HOUR. Says despite text saying patient about to be called, she calls and deletes patients even with check in.

I spent 24 hours…read morecollecting it and putting it back into the refrigerator after each trip to the bathroom and then I come in with it and they throw it on the countertop and leave it there. When I inquired about keeping it in the refrigerator like my doctor's instructions told me to, they laughed and said it doesn't need to be refrigerated. Well, that's funny because my doctor's office said that it needed to be refrigerated and I spent an awful a lot of time walking back-and-forth to the refrigerator for 24 hours. What kind of business that works with the public closes at 2 o'clock in the afternoon? I don't know any other lab in the entire town that is only open until 2 PM. What about people who work? The earliest I've ever seen a business that is open to the public close is 4 PM. Can you imagine only being open from 9 to 2 on weekdays? What a dump this place is also. It looks extremely Soviet and besides a nasty, yucky, terrible location the women who work in here have got to be the angriest people for having this job. They are rude, cranky, short with you and downright mean. How they keep this job I will never understand, particularly in an affluent area.

Had an appointment. Arrived on time for my appointment. Checked in on the tablets as all the signs…read morementioned you needed to check in for your appointment on the tablets. Waited 35 minutes. People who started to arrive after me were being taken back then I noticed people were signing in on a piece of paper haphazardly. I then asked the lady at the front desk if I needed to sign in on the paper and she said yes. I told her I signed in on the tablet and it took my info. She said the tablets aren't transferring the stats for sign ins. I told her that she then needs to put out of order signs on the tablets as I just wasted 35 mins of my time. Nothing mentioned signing in on a piece of paper anywhere nor did she announce that the tablets weren't working. The lobby was packed. I stood the entire time and didn't complain until she was assisting people who arrived well after me. This isn't a hard concept to grasp. Her only response was the tablets weren't working but did nothing to tell anyone or post that they don't work as numerous people arrived and continued to sign in on the tablets. Walked out. Won't be back. This is simple customer service and shouldn't be this difficult or be a waste of anyone's time. I get things break but have a plan in place. I imagine this isn't the first time this has happened so why isn't it obvious what they should do to correct the sign in process when this happens.

Needed to get a sample analysis from Quest. According to their website no one in my state offered…read morethe test. Tried to call this location multiple times. No one ever answered. After confirming with my doctor that they do in fact do the test I went in and I had to wait 30 minutes just to drop off a sample with my name and address. Total time 30 min 27 seconds.

I met with Tina who was my nurse practitioner and she was so polite and friendly and really took the time to listen to my complaints. She was very thorough in her diagnosis and I felt like she was way better than any other urgent care I had ever gone to. I didn't feel rushed and I feel like I was treated so well as a patient and I'm so very thankful that I ran into her today to address my health symptoms. They were able to accommodate me the same day or at any time. You do not need an appointment. If you pay cash, most labs are about $20-$25 each. The staff was super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.
