My doctor had sent me an order for bloodwork, so I went to the Quest website, logged into my…read moreaccount, and set an appointment date. Yes - walk-ins are accepted, but personally I prefer not to leave it to chance for how busy it may be at any one time. Once you set your appointment, you get a QR code, which you scan at one of the kiosks in the waiting room, along with your ID and insurance card. The whole process is super easy. This was my first time at this location and it was quick and painless. I loved the nurse who took my blood; unfortunately I didn't catch her name (small, black hair, tattoos). She was easy to talk to and gentle.

I went to the Woodbridge, Marblestone Dr., location and would give it 0 stars but that is not an…read moreoption. I walked in and the place was empty! I could here the two "workers ", I'll use that term very loosely, in back laughing it up with each other. I checked in as a "walk-in" and was subsequently given a time of 12:20pm, it was 11:10am, again there was no one in the waiting room. A couple people came in a few minutes later and they also checked in and sat and waited. What is the point of having "walk-ins" if your just going to put that person in an appointment queue and completely ignore them until the arbitrary "appointment" time? The workers obviously can't get more than two brain cells to fire at a time, they don't comprehend the meaning of "walk-ins" or just don't give a sh*t, probably a bit of both. I can only surmise that because whoever runs this circus also doesn't care and is why they couldn't grasp the "walk-in" concept. Here's an idea....fire the two "workers" and hire someone with at least 4 active brain cells!!!

I never thought I'd leave a review for a simple lab testing center that I went for a blood draw,…read morelet alone serve as a dissenting opinion to praise one, but here we are! So why review at all? Read on to find out. This place is appointment only. They take walk-ins, but note that you will not be seen right away as appointments get priority. The place was clean and you have to check in at a kiosk (although as far as those systems go, this one was very easy). Appointments can easily be made online. So why the 5 stars? It basically comes down to how nice the lab tech was. He was engaging with a sunny attitude. My blood draw was quick and painless, the appointment was short and on time, and I liked that there is a Wawa nearby so I could grab some quick sugar post blood-draw. But what impressed me was that the person who came in after me had English as a second language. She really struggled to use the kiosk as English was clearly not her first language. The tech came out and spent about 5 minutes calmly and nicely walking her through the process, welcoming her to the facility, and getting her set up. I rarely even find that kind of personal care at full doctor offices. I would go here again.

Worst wait. Only two people here and they made us wait a whole hour. Literally two people. No front…read moredesk so you are not able to ask questions at all if you need help. Who ever owns this place is doing a crap job!!!!

We ended up here after my daughters visit to the ER to follow up with them after her discharge…read more The office made it easy to make an appointment for the same day we called. Upon arrival, they check you in immediately and provide all the necessary paperwork that needs to be filled out. Wait time to see the doctor was average however the level of communication between the front office staff and the nurses could be a lot better. One did not know what the other was doing. Not to mention the one test that needed to be performed the tech went to lunch while were were there so we were presented with the option to wait the 30 minute for her to come back or come back another day? Wait, say what?? We are already here why would we leave and come back, plus if it was even a possibility that the times conflicted why not schedule the appointment to account for lunches, etc? I digress, even still after having the breathing tests done they sent her back to the waiting room to wait for the results. After sitting there for another 20 minutes and being asked if we needed anything else, then the tech explains that they would not have the results for 3 to 5 days. Wait, say what so we sat for a wasted 20 minutes when we could have left had that information been conveyed properly the first time around. I will leave the decision up to my daughter if she wants to continue coming here after her follow up visit for her results.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Millennium Medical Care and with Dr. Dahlia…read moreHassan and her staff. I have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for approximately three years and sought care to transition to physician-supervised treatment. Instead, this process has been unnecessarily stressful and poorly managed from the beginning. First, an incorrect prescription was sent to CVS for a 7 mL 100 mg/mL formulation, which created confusion and delays. I then had to spend additional time trying to get the prescription corrected, resulting in me missing my scheduled Friday dose. Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor. Calls were not returned in a timely manner, and I was never proactively informed about what changes had been made to my prescription or what the next steps would be. I was left to repeatedly follow up myself. Now I am dealing with prior authorization issues and still have no clear answers. For a patient on long-term hormone therapy, interruptions in treatment can significantly impact how you feel physically and mentally. The entire experience has felt disorganized, frustrating, and lacking in patient care and communication. Patients should not have to chase down answers regarding important medications or be left wondering whether their prescriptions have been properly handled. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and coordination from Millennium Medical Care and would strongly encourage improvements in communication, prescription management, and follow-up care. Before scheduling here, be prepared to advocate for yourself every step of the way.
