My son ordered a tux for prom. They were sold out of the one he selected. They ordered him a…read morereplacement. It came in and was too big. We called and told them the problem. This is now one day before the prom. We couldn't wait for another tux from this company. We also lost confidence that they would get one on time that fit. We went with a large well known company. It came on the next day and looked great. We have been back and forth trying to get a refund for the tux we never received. No return calls. The lady working the front desk says she has no power to refund our money. The manager will not return calls and is not in when they say she will be. Very frustrating! We did not receive what we paid for and feel like we should get a refund. Therefore one star....

They do have a couple sales people I can do without but most are very courteous and friendly and helpful. I just avoid the others.
