I have lost a couple diamonds over the years that they've replaced as well. I recently returned to have it cleaned and to have the prongs checked as well as see about another ring I had. The gentleman who helped me was rather high handed and condescending but I tried to brush it off. He then consulted with his jeweler and that gentleman announced across the store that my wedding ring was not done by him, suggesting poor craftsmanship and low quality. I left rather disappointed and am not sure I'll be returning.

I went to Gaines Jewelry and I was treated with care and understanding they are replacing the stone and reinforcing the stones for half ..I will NEVER EVER go to or recommend madaware Jewelry.
