whoever i just spoke with on the phone has the worst customer service. extreamly rude and way too…read moremuch attitude. if you don't like your job don't project it on a possible customer. that is the #1 way to loose business. all i did was call in to ask for availability on the next pedicure available and if i can book one for today possible and the response i got was "we are fully booked you can't just make an appointment and request service the same day". i was just asking for next availability and when i said okay what's your next availability the women responded by saying unless someone cancels they can't treat me today. she should of try to engage the potential client by asking if they are free on whatever day or time is available next or at least say you are fully booked but would love to help make an appointment for the future. instead i got a nasty attitude and i havnt even been to the damn place!!!!

EDIT 12 HOURS LATER: two of my hard gel manicure nails completely popped off. I was more forgiving with my review because I thought the services were not as advertised but still good, I am now learning they also were not up to par!

I used to frequent this place a couple years ago and then I found another nail place in the area that I love. But I decided to come back and give this spot another chance and unfortunately I had a bad experience. Instead of soaking off my previous gel manicure, the technician used the machine to scrap it off. My nails underneath burned as she did this and now that all the gel is off, I can see that a layer of my nail was removed in the process. Because of this, my nails are really messed up. They are brittle, breaking, and hurting. I usually get gel done every 3 weeks and I haven't been in a long time to get another manicure because my nails are so brittle and keep breaking from the manicure I got at this salon. I also went with my sister and she is having the same experience after we went here. It is unfortunate because the salon is lovely inside but I won't be back again.

I've been getting Russian manicures with hard gel for several years now, and I know from experience that the hard gel should not lift or chip for atleast 3 weeks. My polish chipped in one nail within 7 days and another two nails chipped within 13 days of getting my manicure. If you are expected to pay $165 for a manicure I would expect it to last more than 13 days.

She is gentle, detailed and a true artist! I was lucky enough to sit next to her other client who had a beach themed set of nails that was so creative and fun! Desiree made me feel comfortable and right at home with her kindness and hospitality. She even made me a special tea with orange peels and honey. I love my pedi and my mani is totally unique and beautiful. She spent time doing nail art in cat eye paint and then put a chrome over it. The effect is very subtle and unusual in a good way. (During the week and Saturday I believe it's 7pm). The lady who answered was so sweet, welcoming and calm. Immediately felt good about this. She offered a 4pm and it was the best decision! When I walked in, I was welcomed with smiles and asked to check in at the iPad. The salon is beautiful inside, aesthetically pleasing. Gary did my nails & he was everything I want in a nail tech. I'm pretty picky about my nails, their shape, the application, but I had no complaints. For being the last appointment of the day, I was not rushed and I felt he took his time making sure everything was right about my nails. This also was the first time in a while getting gel X that my nails didn't burn when drying the adhesive and they're not tender when I'm using my hands/pressing against them. Pricing to me is beyond fair especially for the quality. It's been a week since my first appointment and they still look great, no polish chipping (and I do a lot with my hands), and shape is still the same and hasn't dulled.
