Kristine at Ace Nail always does such a good job with my rubber base manicures. My nails come out perfect every time and she's super consistent. She never feels rushed, but somehow still works fast and pays attention to every detail. Also love getting pedicures from Arya -- always relaxing and she does a great job too. I have waited to get a couple different services here before speaking on their quality. I have been here more than a handful of times and I can say whatever service you're looking for you will find the right person here. I have gotten builder gel with Kristine. Gel-x with Aggy & Melonia and plenty of pedicures by different technicians. My nails no matter the service always last well over 2-3 weeks. With the cost of nails longevity is very important. Aside from that this is a clean and welcoming space. Any design requested is always executed well. My most recent service was a green Cateye medium gel and it was just perfect to the picture I showed. read more

I absolutely love this nail salon! The salon is always super clean, the customer service is amazing, and you can really tell how much they care about their clients. One thing I really appreciate is that the owner is always there and fully involved, making sure everything runs perfectly and the staff does a great job. I've had pedicures with Parisa several times and she is honestly the sweetest and kindest person. She is extremely detailed, very clean, and takes her time to make everything perfect. One thing that is super important to me is having the polish applied very close to the cuticle for a clean, flawless look -- and she does it amazingly every single time. Why do I come here, so far away from my home?! One word: PERFECTION! I only heard about this shop from my co-worker who is Armenian. The staff is predominately Armenian and can speak to you in that language if you are more comfortable. The best manicure in my life, no exaggeration. I see Gayane and she does the best job I have ever seen, she is very very detail oriented. From taking off the old gel, filing, shaping and applying layer by layer new gel until the nails shine like diamonds. I personally get rubber base gel manicure and have my nails done in a natural color that looks neat and professional. The staff is very accommodating to your schedule and if you have to wait they offer you drinks like mimosa, coffee or tea. The facility is very clean, smells nice and has good lounge music for example Afro House or catchy pop songs. Small lot for parking so it's better to come earlier on a weekday if you can so you don't have to compete for space with the other shop patrons. read more

I've been coming here for two years, and I've loved my nails every single visit. I usually get Gel-X w/ Russian manicure, and gel Russian pedicure, and the quality is consistently worth every dollar. This is the best nail salon in the valley. They always take such good care of me. They are friendly and warm. They make good conversation and get to know you. They offer champagne and other beverages. It's beautiful inside. The owners are SO friendly and personable. Every nail tech in there is well trained and can do fun designs. Just came back after months of giving my nails a break and I still love Ace Nail Lounge. Big shoutout to Linda and Gayane. Linda did my manicure and shaped my nails so beautifully! Every time I smudged my nails, she would fix it gracefully. Linda is also so pleasing to have a conversation with. I enjoyed my time speaking with her. I've tried a lot of nail salons, and Ace Nail Lounge is my favorite in LA. The salon is cute, clean, and well run. I've been seeing Narine for hard gel manicures, and my natural nails have never looked better. They do a Russian manicure where the cuticle is meticulously cleaned, which makes all the difference. I liked how my nails turned out. The vibe was nice, everything was pretty and clean. My only concern was that my nail tech really damaged my natural nails when she was prepping. So it felt like the rubber base that I got wasn't really beneficial because my natural nails were so weak. EDIT: I would like to clarify that my nails were weakened during the prep and due to over buffing; not that I came in with naturally weak nails. I will be changing my review to 2 stars because this is how the business owner chooses to respond to customer feedback. Very disappointed. read more

I had a painful hang nail and I called in prior to come in and they were able to help. The ladies at the shop were so kind and assured and assisted me right away. My nail lady was the sweetest and she fixed it in seconds and the pain went away in seconds. It was my first time at a nail salon and was so happy with how they treated me. This place is AMAZING!!!!! Can't go wrong with any of the ladies here!!! The vibe as soon as you step foot in the door is luxury. Usually Arbel is at the front desk waiting to greet you with a warm smile and a beverage of your choice. I personally choose the mimosa :) The technicians here are not just your average tech's, they are truly artists. One thing I love about this establishment is their attention to nail health. If you request something that might be damaging, they will tell you. If you have any existing nail health issues, they will address them with you before performing any services. My absolute favorite artist here is GAYANE! She has helped transform my nails and my confidence. I have always been 10/10 satisfied with her work. Parking lot usually has lots of open spaces, except on Saturday mornings when the kids karate studio is in session. Street parking and parking across at Rite Aid is ample as well. This is one of the few salons that does rubber base which is a huge plus. There are many mani and pedi packages to choose from, with add on's, lash services, brow lamination, and even a kids menu! Don't pass this place up, go check them out and I promise you won't be disappointed! read more

Made an appointment for acrylic nails .Get there and the one who does it went on vacation....so what's the point of asking ......I paid 120 for Apres gel full set, for them to look like this ...... definitely bothered me .I did tell her to clean it after and completely passed over her head . My friend got the same set but her lady cleaned the button .one of her nails fell off tho and had to go back and get it fixed .She did it super fast and the color didn't match the others . button of the nail wasn't cleaned like the others either .The short blonde hair lady seemed to Hurrying up the lady just to take care of the other customers SMH , cute place and all but ladies do better . The prices were SUDDENLY very high, higher than last time. The nail polish cracked after a few days, meaning that their colors were quite old. However, against our better judgement we still decided to go a third (and last) time to this place. To start off, all of the nail techs always seem to be in a hurry. They don't spend enough time on the manicure/pedicure and the clean out. They rush, even though there are no clients to rush to. In this rush, they have cut my mom's cuticles, to the point of bleeding. During the clean out of the cuticles and gel removal, my nail tech wasn't really focused, and went too rough on my nails. Had to tell him several times to be more GENTLE PLEASE. With the rush, once again, the color job itself turned out to be terrible. Not only, have they BLOBBED the polish so much that it ended up in layers under the nails, but they also managed to leave uncolored spots on the nails. The prices skyrocketed, even though we just got a regular color. It sucked. P.S- Oh and to people with fur allergies. They have a dog wandering around the salon and sitting EVERYWHERE. I love dogs, a lot, but this dog was shedding a ton and was quite stinky. Now I'm itching from the fur.

Went in to get a regular manicure, pedicure done on Thursday 1/15/26. One was working on my feet, while the other one was working on my hands. They both did an exceptional, clean job and I was on cloud nine. Great place to indulge yourself and do some pampering. They also give a good rub on your feet. Just the way that I like it! Wonderful people, clean salon and they will even offer you some water if you want something to drink. They have parking, restroom, and 2 entrances. One on Laurel Canyon, and the other one you can enter from their parking lot. I did my toes burgundy cherry red, and opted a light cappuccino color for my hands. Total was $50 w/out tip.
