One thing I like about AllCare in general is that they're both an urgent care and they have primary care docs, so it's super easy to see your PCP after hours or on weekends if you work typical business hours. The facility was easy to find and the receptionist was very patient with me. The entire facility was clean and the check-in process was smooth. I had an appointment and didn't have to wait too long to be seen. There is ample parking since it's right next to a Publix. Overall, 10/10 experience compared to the other AllCare location I go to (in terms of location & convenience)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I…read morehad a very disappointing experience with this clinic. A service I paid for was not properly completed due to an issue on the provider's side. What made the situation worse was the communication afterward. The provider initially told me there was simply a delay in processing, despite apparently already knowing that the sample had been sent incorrectly and could not be processed. I was subsequently assured that I would receive a refund. After following up, I was told the refund was still being processed, only to later be informed by the corporate office that no refund would be provided after all. Mistakes happen, but misleading a customer, acknowledging the problem, promising a refund, and then reversing that decision is unacceptable. The way this situation was handled completely destroyed my confidence in this clinic. I would not recommend it.
