The "waiting area" is too small, crowded and uncomfortable, and people were standing around in the hallway. They have an automatic check in machine and say they'll text you when your turn comes, but they don't. They just yell your name when you're hopefully in earshot. The appearance of everything is crummy and makes me doubt the cleanliness and professionalism of the facility. They must have contracts with the Department of Corrections for drug tests that sustain them so they can treat patients poorly and still have lots of business.

I didn't know the difference and the guy who checked me in was a mechanic and not the regular office guy, so that's where the mistake was.
