Not a great experience and this is a new facility too. My son came in to get an xray due to being severely constipated. We thought he had a twisted bowel or a blockage from eating something as he has pica. Waited 2 hours for the xray got told only one machine and one technician yet the place was nearly empty. Never did get to see the xray, it got lost on its way to our sons PCP. Not a place I'd go to for an ER visit. More staff more machines and technicians who ibiw how to read radiography. read more

2025 has been a rough year for me. that statement leads into this urgent care facility. between my wife getting a gallstone diagnosis and my aging father bouncing in and out of this place, we've been there far too much over the year. the staff is overall pretty good with no band interactions. sometimes, the on-call doctor is stretched too thin and wait times once your back in the room can get longer than they should be. the only really BAD thing I can say for the year is my wife got used for practice/training for a DEEP IV insertion. when I questioned them on this, that procedure is used for people with blown out veins. thankfully, they didn't charge us for that unneeded procedure. what upset me the most is, they didn't get that IV in and left my wife with a very deep and black bruise bigger around than a golf ball. billing got weird with them only one time. my insurance wants the bill submitted to them first and THEN I get billed. they tried to collect a copay on the way in the door. read more

Everyone here was so kind and so attentive. As soon as I checked in, there was nobody in the lobby so they got me back very quickly. I was immediately greeted by the physician and had a couple nurses (Jo & another gals name I didn't get) around me starting an IV and then asking me questions. Everyone in my room truly worked so well together, especially with the physician. I was so thankful the physician ordered medicine for me quickly to help with my nausea and heart burn. Megan and Rehana were my LPNs and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and got everything I needed. This place has such friendly and welcoming nurses. So glad this is open now so I don't have to commute 45 minutes to the Parkland ER from Yelm. I'll take the 30ish min drive to Lacey over going there. Definitely recommend coming here. read more

Best emergency ever (weird sentence, I know). Doctor and nurses were amazing, security was friendly, and check-in / check out folks were smooth, kind, and quick. hopefully, you'll never need them, but if you have an emergency, this is the place to be. read more

Fast, friendly, and helpful. I came in with a very painful wrist / thumb and walked out with a specialized splint that helped a lot, and a suggestion of the problem to take back to my local orthopedic office, when they could fit me in. The suggestion was spot on and my regular doctor was able to surgically repair it after further tests. They were willing to schedule the surgery for me with them; but I chose to use my regular doc' in my local community because it is much closer to my home. I was so grateful to MultiCare Emergency for their support! I would definitely recommend them if you have an orthopedic problem. read more

Great service/care from this ER when they handled my debilitating back pain/spasms. I was assisted out the car (my husband drove) into a wheelchair, with kindness and respect. I registered easily and was "roomed" immediately once my vitals were taken. I saw a nurse, then a doc so quickly. They took care of my issues, made the appropriate recommendations for future care, administered medication for the back pain, and discharged me with instructions for care. This is the place to go if you need ER service. read more

I was treated like a seeker . I am natural thin came in by ambulance. I was told I was dehydrated but not giving fluids . they tried to make me leave while I was still throwing up . I checked myself back in . they couldn't catch a vein so I was accused of being an addict using needles. mind u I have 3 kids and a masters of social work . I constantly gave blood . they kelp threatening to call the cops bc I didn't have a ride home . my car was home . they never fed me a cracker.the ambulance staff told me they would get me back home . The girls at the front not friendly or compassionate. I bled out over the bed. horrible service . Just make sure you look pretty if not they treat you bad . The worst service I have ever received as a human being. I came in on the morning of 04/27/2024 with extreme pain that I was feeling in my tooth. My pain was secondary to them getting personal information to make sure that they can bill me the payment. The intake nurse insinuate that I have lost a lot of weight. (That I am coming looking for a drug fix). I ask politely if "may I can lay down or get some water since I was in so much pain." She replay "No, we going to get u out of here". I was moaning in pain because I was in so much of it. she asked me to be quiet "we don't do that here". My being more pain that I have ever experienced in my life was an inconvenience for the staff here. The doctor was rude, and dismissive. I was leave in the lobby screaming in pain for about an hour since I cannot drive home from the amount of pain I was in. I work, and make good money. I know they have a lot of people coming in faking pain for drugs. I am not one of those people. it is wrong that they assume that of me. I cannot help but wonder if I was caucasian man I would have been treated more like an human read more
