At my first appointment, he really took the time to get to know me and to understand my chronic neck and shoulder pain. Seriously, he worked with me for more than 2 hours! He was able to explain to me how muscle tightness in my shoulders and back is effecting my whole body. After checking all my reflexes and range of motion, we proceeded to acupuncture to "get things warmed up for the adjustments". I'm fairly new to acupuncture, but he was so fast and deft that it didn't hurt a bit. After I "marinated" for a while with the needles, he did some soft tissue massage and stretching of my trouble areas. Finally, he efficiently adjusted almost every joint in my body! I really appreciate this holistic approach that aims to put the body in balance rather than treating just one body part. I really recommend Dr. Ding for a new and diverse approach to curing joint or muscle pain. What we found is worthy of positive comments. Every person we've met, starting with the receptionist, who seems to be a Jack-of-All-Trades, has a noticeably and genuinely good attitude, something that is extremely important to us. And, they treat us as if we are friends, and that is certainly appreciated. We have very poor memories, but we believe Dr. Bruce treated my wife two or three years ago, and corrected whatever the issue was. (We'll find out during our next visit, if we remember.) The bottom-line is that if Dr. Bruce were not very good, he would not be very busy. We see Charyl for deep tissue massages, and walk out feeling so much better. We laid off for a while, but should not have. We consider the massages necessary. That's why we keep going back, but that is not all. Charyl is a an absolute delight, so much so that we love her. And we're friends, too. During our last visit she very excitedly showed us one of recent wedding pictures, and we genuinely responded in-kind. We are so happy for her. Her brand new husband had a big, genuine smile on his face, as if he'd just hit the jackpot. He did. Bertram Healing Center provides other services.
