Probably because of covid I've sat on the sofa way more than normal. I contacted them, they found my original order and promptly sent out their guys for repair. We both knew the warranty was over, so it cost me a little money but they were prompt and most importantly we are sitting on a brand new sofa body. I had a great experience buying an Innovation Living sofa from Lacontempo. Due to COVID I've been working from home and had to convert my guest room to an office, but I really wanted to still be able to use it as a guest room when needed. I did tons of research on sofabeds and pull out couches and murphy beds trying to find the best option for something that would look good when it is not being used as a bed but also be a comfortable bed that guests would actually want to sleep on. This search led me to Innovation Living, but it felt crazy to spend that much money on a couch without being able to see it in person or lie down on it to see if it's actually that comfortable. I was happy to find that Lacontempo has a showroom in LA, and headed over there one afternoon. The showroom was much smaller than I expected and they only had two Innovation Living sofas on display, but I was able to lie on them and get a sense for which comfort level I needed in a sofa (Innovation Living has many many sofas with different prices and comfort levels). Ersoy was very patient with us, talking us through all the options in the catalog and showing us all the swatches and offering his own suggestions. We left with his card and I went home and did more research and thinking. A week went by and suddenly there were a lot of sales online of Innovation Living sofas, but what I liked about Ersoy and Lacontempo is that it would be delivered and assembled by his guys - vs just dropped off at my house in pieces by UPS. Some stores online offer assembly for an additional cost and I was also able to find a company that would assemble it for me, but that still meant it coming in boxes / many pieces until an assembly person could show up. I emailed Ersoy and he was able to match the price of an online competitor and promise me delivery within two weeks, when I'd be having a guest come and I was hoping to have the couch by. When I followed up a week later he said that he was pretty busy and asked if they could deliver the following week but I reminded him I had a guest coming that weekend and he had the couch delivered and assembled the very next day! As the main importer, they have biggest European sleeper sofa collection in US (Sofa-beds, loveseat-beds, sectional living room sets that convert to a bed.etc. about 30 models are at the display.. If you need sofabed this place is the king.) Italian made dining sets, bedroom sets, leather sets etc.. Big 16000sqf showroom. CONs You have to go there specifically. It is not a place you stop by. It is in the warehouse zone in North Hollywood. There are thousands of items at their web site. But only a fraction of them are at the display. They had a broad choice both in the warehouse and in catalogs. The tour of the showroom was pleasant and at no point did I feel any sales pressure. I found what i wanted but wanted an hour to go back home, measure and finalize my decision on color. I called back within the hour and finalized the transaction. The communication was great all the way through, from receiving my receipt to delivery. Upon delivery, they assembled. Overall it was great choice, service, communication and value. My wife ordered Rossetto Twist King (dark grey) with 'white glove' service to be delivered on 02/01 between 8 AM - 12 PM. We live in Seattle, WA. Truck arrived at 10 AM. Packaging was dry and in good shape. Two guys brought everything upstairs and put bed together. Service was great! Quality of the bed is super nice. Can't go wrong with Italian furniture at all. From design to quality, Italians are perfectionists. We are very happy with the product overall. Customer service was very good, too. When we were choosing bed, I had to call a few times and ask questions just to make sure we buy the right bed. I think I called in one day 3-4 times because my wife was at work and could not call herself, and whatever questions she had I had to call and ask. So, we went back and forth a few times. But... the person who answered the phone was very patient and polite. We highly recommend this company. The store is not on a main street... Converted into a big showroom from a warehouse. But the products are good quality, mid to high end items with very reasonable price tags. The business is at the same location since 2001. I saw that one of the Yelper complained about not having all products at the display which are shown on their web site. This is ridiculous. Many of my friends bought from this company through the years. All were happy and satisfied customers. If you want to brag about which pricey and fancy store you got your furniture from, don't go there. This store is a disaster. They advertise on TV, so we checked out their website, and like few items that were "in stock". Very excited, we drove there. The store is a warehouse in the middle of industrial buildings, with zero appeal and hard to find. Anyway, went in and saw just few items displayed, and when we asked about the items we like beeing in stock, this is what we hear : " Our website updates daily and we probably sold them". Helloo!! Sold all 3000 items that were in stock last night? All of the items said "in stock". And he offered to order the sofa and the rest of the items, so we can get it in 6-8 weeks. Typical furniture store scenario. They advertise something, you like it, you go there and you don't find it in stock, and they try to sell you something else, that will arrive 6-8 weeks from now. Me and my wife got some furniture from here couple of years ago and oh my they still are in the same shape as we got them. We also have a cat in the house and as you know cats love to stretch their nails on cloth, but becuase of the high quality material they use it still looks brand new; not torn, no stain, and still in the best shape as we got them.
