The manager on duty, Shyanne came up to the register and called Old Navy customer service to get the issue resolved without me asking. They were both so kind and patient, especially so close to store closing. Turns out my phone number was on the rewards account incorrectly so Shyanne was kind enough to have that fixed and had my points applied. Customer service aside, the store was very clean, everyone was in masks and there was sanitizer. Very appreciative of the staff working right now!

I can't say spectacular, as for its thickness in materials, cannot wear it other than a base layer for cold days. This shirt has held up through, as wearing, washings, and drying's it still exists. I used to have one of their winter hats, that looked good, but again didn't stand up to the elements, Can you get deals here? Yes especially after Christmas. They have some nice long sleeve shirts, and also sweatshirts for those in the below 30 crowd. My relatives like them, and so off to here I go. The store can be fairly busy, and entitled customers don't like to put things back where they belong. To the credit of the employees, all are very nice and also efficient at checkout. As for my fashion taste, please take me with the proverbial grain of salt, because I'm bald, grey and older than their target audience. Their products seem to be of decent quality, and I think people with hair instead of glare, would find things they are looking for here.

The woman working at the front was very kind and courteous. In contrast , it seemed like the other employees as well as the manager were trying their best to ignore me. It was if they considered me unimportant although I had plenty of money to spend. I'm seeing this behavior more and more when it comes to people from other countries in their treatment of black customers. I'm not usually one to complain aim of this but rudeness is rudeness and I thought that this should be brought to your attention. Then I learned that she was actually the AT&T rep at the Target AT&T kiosk, going out of her way to help me with a Target issue that wasn't even her area of responsibility! She then helped me with looking at options for my aging phone and better plan updates (we are on AT&T). Leilani turned a chore into a pleasant experience forme!
