Over the course of my wife's visits leading up to the birth we met with fairies midwives who were all very kind and knowledgeable. They really put forth the patient's wishes first and try to honor them to the best of their ability while protecting both mom and the baby. My wife and I had our first child last week and the team there was very helpful and did everything they could to make wife's experience as good as possible and took great care of her and our newborn son. The nurse's came in regularly to check in on us while still giving some privacy. They were very helpful and helping her with the first latch and when we had some trouble had offered solutions as well as some tools for us, and they were also very happy to have two different lactation consultants come and work with us that really made a huge difference in the first day. I find it a little hard compared to other experiences as this is our first child, but I can say that when I've heard some other stories it sounds like we had a very blessed experience, and if you were thinking of having children or are already pregnant and looking for a place, I would highly recommend checking out this practice as all of the people here were amazing and went above and beyond.

The huge and most important red flag was that I wanted to complain with the doctor about the lack of service and that I feel very dismissive about my concerns and the doctor start yelling me over the phone, didn't let me talk and to finish he hang up the call to me saying " I hope no one see you in another practice) and refuses to continue my follow up appointment (oh by the way and I never see Dr. Beim their managers put that Dr. to call me I see Dr. Gary) he is not open to hear that their stuff is horrible because he also is a horrible person no wonder why. When I went into the office, the staff gave me option to fill out all my information via paper. Dr. Steinbach was so unprofessional. He screamed at his staff in front of the entire waiting stating "he refuses to see any patients that do not sign in electronically" By the time I started the electronic process, he refused to see me since it was passed 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and could not see me until late October. I have an issue that I need to be screened every 6 months for breast cancer, and Dr. Steinbach was prepared to let me walk out the door and compromise my health. I am so disappointed.

After he but me on bed rest at the hospital to controlled my high blood pressure he decided that the best thing to do was to deliver my baby by C-section on 04/25/2013 due to her not growing. She truly cares about both mom and baby. She supports you both physically and emotionally and puts your health first. Due to having twins I have to do a hospital birth which I wasn't expecting but I know it's for their safety which is more important.
