Again. Second review for them. I have been here for several times. Their service has always been amazing, they are very patient. I wanted to exchange USD to GBP. I called them to make sure they have what I needed, they did and they said they were gonna reserve it for me. And yes, when I came in, the guy remembered talking to me on the phone. Their website also has updated rate, you should check before you go. They have great rate for sure compared to any bank I know. For more than $900, they need your ID. Parking can be tricky but I always find a spot anytime I went here. There's also parking security. 5 stars.. 5 stars.. :) They count your money you pay in front of you and the money they give to you in front of you. $3 extra for customers who checked in on Yelp. So I had A LOT of different currencies from around the world, probably a bill from every country in the world... I found this place, and boy am I glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the gentleman helping me was so helpful. Unlike Wells Fargo, that didn't take any of the bills I had, he also separated it by country. Wells Fargo made me separate it myself. Step by step he explained the amount of each bill and took bills they no longer even purchase. Very trustful! I went to this shop a couple of years ago with a friend who was going to cash his paycheck. He said the rate was very low and I was already there so I figured I'd give it a try and see if I could save some time. The bug-eyed guy behind the counter was so rude that I didn't even begin the transaction before leaving, extremely insulted. Fast forward to yesterday when I forgot the name and address from the last visit and they came up under foreign currency exchange. I was going to be exchanging withdrawn british bank notes so I wanted to make sure that was something they could do. The girl in the phone was polite and said they could handle that for me and that they close at 6:00. I told her that I would come the next day since I probably could not make it there before 5:30 or 6:00 and I didn't want to be in there while everyone is trying to go home. She assured me that as long as I got there by 6 they could help me, no problem. So I headed out and when I got there it was 6 on the nose. 6:00. The door was open so I went in and the same girl that I spoke to you on the phone didn't say hello, she said, " We're closed." I reminded her that she told me that if I got there by 6:00, she could take care of me no problem...there's no rush to go home. And she said, "Yes, but it is 6:00 now." WHAT!?! Am I missing something? If I'm somewhere AT 6:00, am I not there BY 6:00? Even if it were 6:01, is it out of the question to help someone who rushed over based on your promise? I've never been so insulted in my life since she smiled at me when she said it. There was a hint of ol' Bugeye in her face. I think they do this stuff for fun. What a horrible way to live. Unless you're mad at yourself and feel you deserve punishment, you should go somewhere else. read more
