I have some amazing photos and incredible memories. One of the biggest reasons we chose this venue is because of the event coordinator Elaine. She is their best asset. She helped us plan every detail. She offered suggestions and advice as we needed if. She was always available and prompt with responses. She stayed from the time the girls arrived to get ready until late at night until everyone had their last drink. She made sure our night went perfect. We knew once we met Elaine we wouldn't have to worry about a thing. She is wonderful. The rest of the staff the worked at the event were excellent. They were fun, engaging, polite and friendly. They led the electric slide during some dancing. They also worked incredibly hard while they were chatting with us and all of our guests. They were always asking can I get you anything. They all went above and beyond during the entire night. The food was great. We had lunch while getting ready. It had sandwhiches cheese fruit chips and drinks. This was just the fuel we needed before a busy day ahead. Lori even came in to greet us and ask how everything was going and made sure we had everything we needed. During our cocktail hour we chose some apps that were yummy and perfect for while people were mingling. The meatballs and spring rolls were excellent. The cheese and olive tray with fruit and cheese were great The meal we chose was buffet style with steak tips, teriyaki chicken, carrots, mashed potato and dinner rolls. The salad was served at each table. The food was great lots of flavor and served hot. This is a fabulous location with so much to offer. Everyone there is wonderful. We have loved them since we first met them. To us it was very important that we had two photographers and a digital copy of all of our pictures. They create a package and pricing to what is going to work for you so not everyone is the same nor is the price. They do an engagement session. I wasn't thinking of having one but since they offered it, we took it. It was perfect we had so much fun and were really relaxed. They got to know us before the wedding which is going to reflect in our pictures on our wedding day. We had some odd requests of things that we wanted to try and they were up for anything. We just got to see our sneak peak of our pictures (our wedding was only 3 days ago) and I am so thrilled and cannot wait to see the rest. I recommend them to absolutely anyone and everyone and strongly recommend that you at least talk to them if not book them I know we will be booking Portrait New England in the future (baby bump shots, babies ect)

They went above and beyond to make sure all the details were taken care of. We ordered surf and turf and raw oysters as appetizers - it was all delicious. Leslie and the staff were attentive to our needs during the dinner and made sure to check-in when necessary to make sure everything was to our liking. Organizing the dinner with Leslie and Sara was also very easy and they were both very professional. I would highly recommend their services!

What they sent over was not at all what I wanted my friend to receive. I took this up with them and the excuse was that hospitals do not allow fragrant flowers. I am familiar with flowers and none of was pictured in the arrangement fell into this poor excuse. Matter of fact when I called them to verbally place the order, the woman said she had all the flowers pictured except the small spray of pink roses. They just didn't have the flowers and unfortunately used the hospital as their excuse. Even if that was to be true, wouldn't they have made that clear to me before ordering? The fact is that they took the money and sent over a very boring arrangement. When my friend sent me the pic I didn't have the heart to tell her that was not at all what I ordered for her. I will credit them with delivering right away but would not recommend them at all. Pretty much a 'switch and bait'. Really disappointed!! gave one star because I wasn't allowed to leave no stars.

There were pregnant women present at the event and this was just a travesty. Not to mention the gruff attitude some of the staff had upon arrival to this event. Sad it was but those there made the best of it and enjoyed the evening. As a recommendation partnership means ownership if you wanted more than one star then you should have addressed this immediately.
