I made a booking on May 24 for a private SUV to Red Rocks for a June 6 show. When I did not hear from the driver, I texted the support number provided. I received no reply. The morning of the show, I also tried contacting the company through WhatsApp and email. There was no response on WhatsApp, and the email bounced back as undeliverable. I finally received a response to my original text about an hour later, with a promise that the driver would contact me. About 90 minutes after that, the driver finally reached out and confirmed the pick-up. The driver arrived only a few minutes late, but the SUV did not include the cooler and chairs that were part of the booking. He also told us he planned to drop us off, leave, and return after the concert. That was not what was described in the booking. The arrangement was for the driver to wait in the parking lot so there would be no issue with the return pick-up. I explained this to the driver and also texted the company to express my disappointment. Ultimately, the driver agreed to wait. After the concert, the driver was not at the location where he had told us he would meet us, which created unnecessary confusion during the return process. He eventually told me he was back in the same parking spot where we had left him. That issue was relatively minor compared with the earlier problems, but it added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, the lack of communication, the unreachable support channels, the missing amenities, and the confusion about what was included in the booking made this a disappointing and stressful experience.

It was a pleasure doing business with Elevate Rides. Their website provides all the information you need. Blair was prompt and very helpful in answering a few group-specific questions. Everyone at Elevate Rides was professional and followed through on what they promised. Our driver Mike was great! He contacted me the morning of the event to confirm details, including the meeting place, and arrived there on time. He was very conscientious about wanting everyone to have a great time and was personable, engaging and even funny! We chose the south tour and it was great. We stopped at and got out at some of the many homes. Some of the displays were synced to music and all of them were incredible in their own way. The bus itself was immaculate and stocked with water, cups and paper towels. The heat was adjustable and we could stream our own music. One consideration ... if you are close to the passenger limit on a party bus, consider booking the next larger bus. The bus we were on was for 11-13 people. We had 9 and were comfortable but and I don't know how 2-4 more people would have fit. For the price of the next larger bus, it might be worth it.
