Perhaps I'm being negatively biased by its barren surroundings, but it felt like it lacked the quality selection that most Belk's have. I will say, however, that I was able to find two (2) pairs of excellent khaki pants, and for that I'm thankful. This department store is very large inside and bustling unlike the mall it resides within. There is a Toys R Us operating within Macy's which is great to see. Two level store luggage, home goods down, clothing up. There are two entry's into interior of mall as is two levels throughout. Large selection for clothing, perfume, not very large for purses, shoes. The only store keeping this mall alive, still going strong.

But it isn't a showstopper. When I came in, it was the same story, but then I saw a young man come up with about 5 packages, so there were two this time. They all were for one customer, so then another lady walked up and she started grabbing info to get orders. When she got to me, I actually walked with her down to where she had to grab the orders from, and that, to me sped the process up much quicker. I think they need to move the register closer to the pick up area, but eh! The staff here is always pleasant and I love the store layout. I rarely come into the store to shop but normally order online for pickup....as I hate shopping in stores! Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment, lol!
