The vibe her is often unpleasant with staff members bickering amongst themselves in front of other customers. The lack of moral and respect is often. I have personally encountered several past experience when the stylist was not present during the time of my appointment. When another member texted that stylist of my appointment reminder so she can drive over from her home to address for my appointment. Very unprofessional! I waited 45 minutes and still she didn't arrive. I left! This store needs re-training and professional training if they wish to remain open in this location.
