The ceiling fans were still covered in dust, the baseboards were never wiped down, and they mopped the floors without sweeping first, which just spread dirt around. They even spilled dirty mop water onto my carpet. To make matters worse, I was disappointed to learn that oven cleaning isn't even included in their service. Companies like Molly Maid include oven cleaning for a fraction of the price. After I complained, customer service called me, supposedly to address the issue. Instead of offering a meaningful resolution, they simply said they would "coach" the cleaning staff and gave me an empty apology. After spending nearly $1,000, I expected them to make things right--not waste more of my time. For the price they charge, the quality and customer service are simply unacceptable. Save your money and use another cleaning service.
