I've gotten both a standard and move in cleaning, and both services were great! This review is based on my move in cleaning. Fernando is VERY accommodating! I was on a time crunch with my movers and when I was able to pick up my keys from my apartment complex, and he totally worked with me to fit me in! The cleaning service itself is fantastic. They are the first cleaning company I've hired and if I'm being honest, I've always been nervous hiring someone to come into my space, but with Ladybug, I'm 100% comfortable! They exceeded my expectations both visits, and I will 10000% continue to use their services. I ran into a hiccup while moving. My complex gave me the keys to my 1 bedroom apartment at 9:20 this morning, and since this whole coronavirus thing is happening, I wasn't able to view the unit in person, only pictures and videos. I walked into the 1 bedroom at 9:20am and was devastated that the unit was WAY too small for me. My appointment with Ladybug was for 9:30am, which they arrived on time for. The crew started cleaning while I was on the phone with the complex manager to see if I could switch units last minute to a 2 bedroom. After about 10 minutes of them cleaning, I was told I was able to get the 2 bedroom. Meaning, they stopped what they were cleaning in the original 1 bedroom unit and was nice enough to keep my appointment and literally MOVED their supplies and everything to the new 2 bedroom unit. This alone is amazing, but the fact that they did an excellent job and my unit looks brand new, I will NEVER go with another company. Fernando also let me know of some cosmetic issues so I could let my apartment complex know!! Service is absolutely stellar, everyone is super nice. Their cleaning services are excellent as well. First of all, I want to apologize for my grammar. Second of all, if anyone else barely uses Yelp for review like me but one day decides to review a business it's for two reasons. The business is really worse or really worth it, and to be honest Ladybug Cleaning is doing a spectacular job. Anyone who has visited my house will know what it looked like before the cleaners came and did such a wonderful job. While living there, I have a dog and cleaning is messy and frustrating, especially when the place is rented out. I have called a few cleaning companies, but none seem to meet my standards. Because they are expensive, either won't accept my request, or don't specialize in deep cleaning OR will judge you for how you live when they come and clean it (you can tell by the way they talk lol). But when I spoke to Fernando and when the ladies arrived I could tell that this company was very professional, he provided me with a quick quote and got me booked within a few days. When they arrived today, everything went pretty smoothly, I told them they don't need to clean everything perfectly and don't have to pay too much attention to the little details, just because I think the tenant don't deserves it lol, also I wanted to be on a budget, btw it is a Deep Clean Move out. But lemme tells you, they didn't listen and they HAVE DOES AN AMAZING WORK. Floors, cabinets, wardrobes, ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and laundry rooms are so spotless and fresh that makes me just want to move back and live there again lol. In my opinion, a clean home makes a huge difference in the you feel. Before Ladybug came, I was honestly so frustrated and disappointed with the way that I lived , there were days when I don't wanted to go home because of how dirty it was. I'm a workaholic and barely have time to take care of my house, but when it comes to it, I just want to be lazy. And it really frustrates me, especially with the move out, lot of tenants will charge you a huge amount for cleaning after you move out. So I suggest you should call and find a cleaning company of your own, and have control over the way you want your place to get clean and especially stay on your budget. When I found Ladybugs and I'm telling you they're a life saver. Can't say how much I appreciate the workers and their services. As soon as I saw how beautiful the house after they finished their job, I had to take some pictures and send it to my friends immediately, they were just as surprised as I was. Wish I could invite friends to come over again, just to show them how clean it is lol (I was embarrassed to invite anyone before because of how dirty it is). But but but but! Ladybug makes it all worth it. To anyone reading my review and still deciding if they should hire Ladybug to clean? GO FOR IT!!!! I have to say these guys were spectacular. I was in a bind moving into a new home. The past renters left it an absolute mess. The landlord did not have it cleaned but was supportive that it needed to be cleaned. We were moving in the same day with a moving company. I called at 10 am, and the owner Fernando, responded promptly. He had a crew there in 2 hours and we walked the house. They needed 4 people for 4 hours for a 3500 sq foot house. The price was very reasonable. The cleaning was prompt and detailed considering the quick turnover for the day. They actually saved us from moving into a mess to moving into a clean home. What a service and what a great interaction with the owner and the staff he employs, who were hard workers and at a fair price with rapid response. Just finished our first cleaning service with Ladybug Cleaning Co., and it went great. First off, booking the service was super simple. I contacted them through Yelp, and Fernando got back to me within minutes. We booked everything through text and that was it. We are having a ton of family stay with us this week and we needed two bathrooms deep cleaned. Norma, our cleaner, was professional and efficient. We booked a minimum of two hours and Norma was done half an hour early with our bathrooms, so she was so kind enough to sweep and mop our formal living and dining rooms, which were not included in our original service request. Impressive!! Fernando and crew are mind-blowingly good at what they do. In a 3000 sq home, they hit every single point very well (except they forgot to pull out the fridge where at least a pound of dog hair was hiding). The home has had two small dogs urinating and defecating on the carpet for at least 15 years; the home smelled like a dog pound. Fernando and crew got the smell out of the walls, fixtures, and cleaned every wall, glass surface, tile, fridge interior, and so much more to a sparkling finish.
