This review is long over due from hiring them back in February, I believe it was. Had no problem getting ahold of them from the start, great communication all the way through. Quick and reasonable quote for the amount of work needed in our new home (last guy left it so nasty). We had an extremely small window for them to fit in due to our movers coming, and they still worked with us given that it was so last minute for them AND for such a big home to deep clean. This was the first time I used this house cleaning site Joys Mobile Maids . They sent me two ladies Joy and chocolate which made my day. They arrived a half hour before their start time that impressed me. Joy started right in cleaning my master bath and chocolate right behind. This may be a little chauvinistic but Joy and chocolate sing while they work and I haven't heard singing while you work since my grandmother did back in the 50s and 60 s. I moved here just before Covid and did not feel safe having a housekeeper in. After a year, it was definitely time to get my house cleaned. I really appreciated that they came promptly on time and did not go over the amount they quoted, in fact, it was a little under, which is always nice.
