Ordered standard size Beautiful in Blue. Received flowers had one flower with a light taint of blue, nothing else blue in the rest. The flower size received was H=13.5" and W=10" vs the sites dimension H=18" and W=16.5". Received different vase not as pretty as the one on the site. Called to express my dissatisfaction and they stated they can't control the color of the flowers, the size of flowers or the vase they have in-stock at any given time. So pretty much be prepared to pay full price and get 2/3rds of what you order. They also don't acknowledge or take feedback when a customer expresses the misrepresentation on their website. First time and last for sure. read more

I STRONGLY suggest you go in to see what they have in stock before you order. I have ordered and received many many arrangements from Ladybug's. Their roses used to be the freshest and longest-lasting of just about any I have received, but not for quite some time. I ordered 2 arrangements from their Teleflora selection on Ladybug's website. The person who answered the phone said they did not have the asiatic lilies shown - would I like alstroemeria? I said no what else do you have? She said sunflowers and I agreed. I went to pick the arrangements up and there were NO sunflowers, lots of alstroemeria and it was in an ordinary oval shaped container not the contemporary cube shown. ????? Was I told they didn't have the vase either? No. Why is the website filled with Telefora arrangements if they cannot produce them? I prefer to use designers who show some creativity and originality on their websites but they don't provide that so have to resort to standard Teleflora arrangements. However it seems that cannot be provided either. I wish I could post photos to show the complete distinction between what I thought I ordered and what I got. I understand the entire panoply of flower selection may not be available but I think you will keep more customers with honesty and forthrightness - not just doing what you want and thinking we will be back. read more

Ladybug's did a beautiful job on same day flowers for me. They listened to what I wanted, suggested arrangements, and were super helpful when I had to call and change the delivery address a bit later. I would have gotten half the flowers if I went through an online delivery service. They stuck to the color scheme and flowers I specified and added some beautiful greenery and lilies. The picture of the bouquet I was sent upon delivery from its intended recipient was BEAUTIFUL. read more

This place has horrible customer service & their arrangements are terrible. I ordered an arrangement for Christmas. It was so bad, lit ooked nothing like the picture, didn't have the correct flowers. I had the person I sent the flowers to, send me a picture when they received them. Because I live thousands of miles away. I was so embarrassed, that's how bad they were. I called Ladybug to complain. They rudely said they would resend them & never did. If that's not the worst customer service, I don't know what is. I live in a small town & saw the same flower arrangements there & they looked beautiful! Most of the reviews on this website are bad, so that should tell you something. read more

I realize now that I should have checked this company's yelp review before giving them a try. I usually order my bouquets from a prominent company in Augusta however I saw advertisement for ladybugs and decided to give them a try. They will only have my business this one time. I placed two separate orders, one for Mother's Day and one for someone's birthday in a couple of weeks. I just picked up my Mother's Day bouquet and I'm highly disappointed and frankly disgusted with what I have to present to my mother tomorrow. Instead of having a symmetric bouquet with with 3 flowers with coordinating colors like shown in the photo I got a mix of like 7 of the cheapest flowers. The arrangement is a mess and you can tell there were not thought or effort put into this arrangement. Needless to say I called and canceled my other Order. Also want to make it known that when they first brought out the bouquet I showed them on my phone that it was NOTHING like what I ordered. They kindly took it back to fix it and when they brought it to me the second time I was still highly dissatisfied. I tried to add a review on their fb page but they have that setting turned off. My daughter ordered Mother's Day flowers. Specifically ordered hydrangeas and pink roses. The cost was $75. I received three pink roses, the rest were daisies, glads and carnations. The arrangement looks like a run-of-the-mill arrangement that they were mass producing and sending out for Mother's Day. Very disappointed. read more

Very professional. I've received flowers from Ladybug's before, and even a nurse who didn't know me and who sees flowers all day at the hospital commented how beautiful they were. Today I had occasion to send flowers, and even though their website was easy to use, I called to order on the phone. The service I received was polite, helpful, and specific (for example, suggesting that a smaller bouquet would be appropriate since the rooms can be small at the hospital I was sending to). I know my friend hasn't received them yet, but I feel confident about working with Ladybug's, and that means a lot to me. read more

I ordered a wrist corsage for prom 2018 and showed a picture of what I wanted to the nice lady taking my order . I was told they would be getting in the type of flowers I wanted, and went on to choose the specific greenery to be used and the specific ribbon. I was in tears when I picked it up as all 3 were wrong. Wrong type of flower, wrong greenery & wrong ribbon. The only thing correct was the color of the flower. And it cost $52. I told them all that was incorrect and they said they didn't get the type of flower I wanted in, and ran out of the greenery and ribbon. I asked why they didn't call to let me know and give me options and they said they didn't have time. They didn't offer any solutions or ask if they could add something or change ribbon, nothing. The only reason I ordered from them was because of the convenience of their location to where I live. I will now drive however many miles needed to get better service & better flowers. read more

This place was horrible I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday they changed me 97 dollars for 2 pink roses and 2 lily's and some ugly purple flower. Walmart flowers look way better don't waste ur time or money they suck. They gave me a dollar tree vase. Jan 18 2018 maybe 6 years ago they did a good job but not now. They have very bad attitude also. So a total of 5 flowers came to 97 bucks I got messed over bad almost cried when I saw the flowers now I have to order from a different place to make up for there mess and the bad part about it the guy that owns the place gets on the phone and says I will go pick the flowers back up from her work and give you 10 roses for 97 dollars cheap self. So greedy of him how can you just go get a few flowers that cost you not even ten dollars take them back and bring 10 roses. Like I said I will take my business else where. They suck read more
