Fantastic Value for access to a newer facility with great equipment, programs and classes. Our kids absolutely love the pool!

I was bored with the same old workout routine and when I started making excuses to not workout, I knew I had to make a change and find something that offered variety. There were anywhere from 4 to 8 of us taking the class a few days a week outdoors and Kendra really delivered. Fast forward to today and I'm still with Kendra along with Blake and Scott in their new Fitness Edge facility taking bootcamp (or as it's now called, Get Fit) classes twice a week. Their new facility is perfect for group classes or one on one personal training. Kendra, Blake and Scott are all certified trainers and their professional knowledge is second to none when it comes to fitness and nutrition support. They are not in-your-face type trainers and do an excellent job of motivating and providing just the right level of encouragement to achieve results. Whether you're an athlete, in shape, out of shape or someone looking for a new workout routine in a unique and positive environment, you really should consider The Fitness Edge.

Scott is super knowledgeable, always coming up with different workouts, and has a keen ability to know how much more you can challenge yourself. I'm stronger than I've ever been and the community Scott has created makes me excited to work out every day.

I was changing in the 24 Hour Fitness locker room with my 12-year-old daughter. I was completely undressed, and my daughter was in the process of getting dressed, when a male janitor shouted into the locker room that it was time to clean and that he would be coming in. I yelled back that my daughter and I were changing and asked him to please give us a minute to get dressed. He responded that we needed to get out because it was time to clean, and then he walked in anyway. I was fully undressed. He did not avert his eyes or immediately step back out. He looked at us, told us to leave so he could clean, and then exited. As a mother, this was shocking and extremely uncomfortable -- especially with my minor daughter present. This was not an accident. I clearly communicated that we were changing and asked for privacy before he entered, and despite that, he chose to walk in anyway. Afterward, I called 24 Hour Fitness to discuss the situation and asked to cancel my membership because I do not feel comfortable returning, nor do I feel comfortable bringing my daughter back. The response I received was defensive and dismissive. I was told that cleaning times are posted, that I could cancel in the app but would not receive any refund, and that I had waived liability under their membership agreement. The entire experience -- both the incident itself and the way it was handled afterward -- was grossly wrong. Members, especially women and children, should have privacy and basic respect in a locker room setting. I cannot recommend this location based on this experience.

I am a very clean person, and this is completely unacceptable. After the first time, I started wiping down machines and mats before using them, and somehow still got it again. That tells me the problem isn't members -- it's the gym. This place is FILTHY. When I asked management about hiring a professional cleaning crew, I was told, "it's not in the budget." That response alone says everything. My membership is non-refundable through summer 2026, and I would rather eat the cost than ever work out here again. If you care about cleanliness, hygiene, or your health, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I was coming off a knee injury, had a handful of other aches and pains, and felt like my training (which I had been doing consistently for years), had started to plateau. Working with Angelo has been a game changer, and the depth of his fitness and coaching knowledge is absurd. Simply put, I've made measurable, significant gains in every area of my fitness. While I don't work directly with the other coaches or attend the classes (I use the open gym for the individual training plan Angelo writes for me) everyone on staff is friendly, helpful, and most importantly incredibly knowledgeable. There's no attitude here, just the expectation that you'll show up and work hard. Additionally - I've had multiple sessions with Liliana at EDX Bodyworks (the attached sports therapy clinic) - and she's a wizard, it's a great resource to have on hand for when tweaks and injuries pop up. I've been a member of probably 6 or 7 gyms, this is the best one yet, my membership will end when Angelo and Liliana decide to retire. No matter your fitness level, if you're serious about getting in shape do yourself a favor and give the EDX community a shot.

My wife, myself, and our 6-month baby were swimming laps (yes, laps in an infant flotation device)…read morein the lap pool lane when the lifeguard asked us to leave it for someone who 'actually wants to swim laps.' We explained that we are also swimming laps and we don't understand why we need to leave the lane for someone else who wants to do the same. The lifeguard told us the ~50 y/o man was rude to her, so she felt pressured to do so. We settled on splitting the lap pool into two sides (even though we are literally 3 people and he is 1). The guy didn't like that very much and he stood against the wall at one end of the pool for a while looking upset. When we swam to the end of the pool he was on, he forcefully splashed down into the water to send it into my baby son's face and made him gasp for breath and start crying. A male lifeguard witnessed this and went for help. When the manager arrived, she insisted that we leave the lane and when we refused, she asked that we instead continue 'sharing' the lap pool lane with the guy who assaulted our child. The best part is the first time we wanted to go swimming in Broomfield, we arrived at the other facility that has strictly lap pools and therapy pools and they suggested WE GO ELSEWHERE because it's NOT FOR BABIES. Ok then why does the 50 y/o creep get to come to the kids pool and demand we exit the lane? Thanks for being just another place in Colorado that hates babies. We are disgusted by the manager response. If you have an issue here, dial 911, cause no one is going to help you. Even when you go to a place built for children, they will act like they're worthless and an inconvenience to others. Review your policies.
