I'm a mechanic myself but some things you just don't or can't do. So I had my lower control arms…read moreout on, an alignment, tires, and a tranny flush. I was told I needed a steering shaft replacement and with that they would fix my alignment. Well after I get it back the first time my tie rods start eating away at the metal rim, the upper control arms weren't adjusted at all so the bottom of the tires sat inward and I had shaking. Well I bring it in for my free alignment and was told I was full of shit because it was only when they touched my truck that the tie rods starting destroying the rims of my truck and that only now did they see that I out my tie rods on backwards but some how missed that when having it for 2 days. And as soon as I brought up an issue they got defensive like I was the person in the wrong but I was treated horribly after spending over 1200 dollars with them. I know vehicles and I know mechanics but you don't catch a supposed issue for 2 days but then catch it after a quick glimpse of my tie rods again after I called them out so that makes me full of shit

Not only did they over-charge me but the work was not completed properly and diagnostics were incorrect. I barely made it back to Michigan and was terrified the entire drive. I then brought my car into L&T. Night and day difference! Not only did they correct things, they were able to PROPERLY diagnose the issues. One issue was going to be quite costly, if repaired in a certain manner. I was given three options for that issue and was not pushed in any direction.
