I have extremely sensitive skin and when they do my dry cleaning I have no skin reactions nor are there any smells like chemicals or cleaning supplies on them. John is the absolute best. He is so kind, professional and makes sure you have all your dry cleaning needs met. The best tailor in Laguna Beach! I was visiting for a wedding and forgot to get my pants hemmed. When I called John answered and he was so kind. He informed that a rush order was not something he ordinarily does but since the occasion was a wedding he would be happy to help me. The hem was done perfectly and I got my pants back the next day. Really sweet people and wanted to love them. However, I was naively trusting and dropped off a load of sweaters, 50% which came back permanently destroyed. Multiple cashmere sweaters are shrunken (with a noticeably different texture) and one of my nice cotton jumpers has multiple holes in it. Again, very very kind owners but please drop off one or two items first to test out.... I'm sadly very disappointed and frustrated that multiple of my nice sweaters are destroyed. read more

Laguna Beach Cleaners did a great job mending my pants for a very reasonable price. It was my first time visiting this cleaners and John was incredibly welcoming. He showed me where to park and took a look at my ripped pants. He finished the job 2 days early and it was incredible. The pants are made of a very light fabric and I thought they were beyond repair. I am happy to say this is not the case, having used Laguna Beach Cleaners for 3 years now the service has been excellent, I drop my dry cleaning off and invariably find it hanging in my office returned clean and in perfect condition 48 hours later, my past experiences with other dry cleaners has been that I have been lucky to get all of my shirts back ( we have all been there )  let alone find them hanging in my office hand delivered.  All in All just a fantastic service by owners who care about their clients. read more
