I love that when you walk in she's got worship songs playing in the background. I brought my dress from Anthropologie that hasn't been cleaned in years. The owner was super sweet and friendly! She did exactly what I asked and even gave me her thought process on some other things I was curious about to edit my dress a bit. She was open to trying it but wanted to make sure the dress was fixed first before adding on anything else. It was done in less than a week! After it was fixed we both ended up agreeing that I didn't even need that second revision that I was originally curious about. Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is in regards to alterations, not dry cleaning. She ruined my satin bridesmaid dress by staining it with oils (from greasy hands or something fell on it). I should have walked out during my consult since she kept talking about how she's able to charge whatever she wants because her clients have a lot of money and they don't care about pricing... She barely hemmed my dress and wanted $100 cash. When I picked it up, I showed her the grease stains and she LAUGHED and said that it must have been there since I ordered it online. But she knew that wasn't true and kept saying "that's not my problem" and laughing while I was visibly upset since that was a made to order dress and I didn't have time to come up with another solution. I'm blown away by the incompetence of this place. I went to have my jeans hemmed and my jacket dry cleaned. I didn't want to bring in anything major without trying something basic first. The jeans were not properly hemmed as she didn't cut the correct length but instead folded it over. I brought this up to her but she said it was correct since it was slightly long. I knew it looked wrong. I checked my other 20 or so pairs of jeans that have been professionally hemmed but none of them look like this. She kept mentioning "original hem" to charge me more but still screwed it up. And my jacket WAS NOT DRY CLEANED. It smelled terrible like it was sprayed by some cleaning aerosol spray. It smells like the same foul chemical odor going around the business. The whole thing cost $53 and everything was screwed up. I literally went directly to a different tailor/ dry cleaner who said they could fix it but it may be too short. I am only thankful I didn't bring in an expensive suit for alteration. Lost a pair of pants. I've only used this dry cleaner once before without any issues but we brought in several pieces to be dry cleaned and we were short one pair of slacks on pick-up. Owner was defensive when asked about this and said she counted the items when it was picked up. She blamed us for losing the pants after pick-up and she knew she counted everything before we left her premises. BN Cleaners opened in my neighborhood just before the pandemic and we had always walked by but never needed anything cleaned until recently. I reached out to Ganga about alterations for a floor-length dress and she asked me to stop by to let her see the dress in order to better give me an estimate for her work. My fiancé actually needed his blazer cleaned so he brought it in as well. She quoted him a fair price and return time for pick up. He was really pleased with the blazer as the previous stains were lifted and it was nicely pressed. I brought the dress by on a separate occasion and she pinned it to the correct length. She gave me a fair estimate for the job and let me know when it would be finished. She did a great job on it. The dress is the right length and I'm really happy with it. She prefers cash but also takes Apple Pay but not AMEX. Parking is available in front of her shop. We were happy to give her the business as it's a local female owned business. My husband has been using BN Cleaners for the last year for his work shirts and pants. The previous cleaners he was using was not able to get the inside of his collars clean. Every time he got his shirts back, they were still brown and dirty. My husband found BN Cleaners and he could not be any happier. His shirts no longer come back brown and dirty on the collars and they are always neatly placed in the plastic wrap with the sleeves placed in front of the shirt. My daughters were making their first holy communion and I noticed there was a small hole in the organza part of the dress. I rushed it down to Ganga and she said she could fix it.
