I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. I've been using Power Cleaners for over 5 years and they've never lost nor damaged anything. Everything is perfect and all of the employees are very nice and helpful.

I ended up paying $219, which is nearly the price of a suit itself! Again, don't get me wrong--the quality of their work and the speed of their dry cleaning service are exceptional. However, marking up alteration prices by approximately 50%-60% is simply not acceptable. Unless I receive some type of credit or adjustment from the owner, unfortunately, I will not be using their services again.

They cut the sleeves so short that they go up my forearm.. 3-4 inches short. They man who took the measurements and has heard my complaint is blaming it on me saying that that is was what i asked for, obviously not because no human would ever want a shirt to fit that way. The interior is a filthy mess and most machines will take your money - but don't work. SHAME on the owner of BCL - Your prices are outrageous and your machines are a rip off SCAM. Of course now that you've let your attendant go there is no one to get your money back from. Many customers are low income workers and many do not speak English or use Yelp. It is bad enough that you're ripping ANYONE off but taking advantage of hard working customers with your poorly maintained washers and dryers - which take quarters but don't work is especially egregious. I came here, was greeted with a friendly smile and reassured all the stains or problem areas would be addressed, paid up front and was given a ticket with a day it would be ready. Sure enough, i came everything was as it was supposed to be and areas addressed and I couldn't be happier!
