I've had over a dozen shirts hemmed here, having the sleeves brought in. all perfect. that was when there was a woman doing the measurements. i just had three, $300 shirts ruined. i showed where i wanted the sleeves to sit, on my wrist bone like a normal shirt. They cut the sleeves so short that they go up my forearm.. 3-4 inches short. They man who took the measurements and has heard my complaint is blaming it on me saying that that is was what i asked for, obviously not because no human would ever want a shirt to fit that way. Has denied any option to replace my shirts. looking to escalate to owner but they have not been accessible. i will be escalating this to small claims if necessary. I've had a few issues with this dry cleaner. They didn't do a good job with my wedding dress, it ripped and they said it was ripped prior. I probably shouldn't have used them for my wedding dress but I did anyway. I continued to go and they ripped another shirt shortly after. The last time I went they gave me back a blouse that was never dry cleaned that I paid for. I'm now looking for a new place. read more

This is the second time I have used this cleaners which I should have learned from the first. They do not understand time management. I had two shoes that took 50% longer to be polished than the time promised. Almost three weeks!!!! This happened both times. Extremely rude customer service. Based on other Yelp reviews I brought in my brand new Chloe boots to be stretched. John handled them with care, explained what he could and couldn't do, and provided them back to me in beautiful, mint condition, gently stretched in the front as promised. They fit perfectly now and I'm so pleased. They charged me very fairly for the service. I've also brought in vintage/passed down items for gentle cleaning. The owner here, John, is very good at what he does. I had some work shirts with stains that I thought were non-repairable and John was able to get them looking like new. Super friendly. Solved my issues with my designer shoes! Have these gorgeous, chunky Gucci loafers that the leather was soooo thick- like saddle leather- duh, that the shoes would not "break in". I do NOT dry clean. No need. What I needed was alterations done on a jacket zipper. I know how to sew but just wasn't into all the work. Sunny's did a fabulous job. He asked if I wanted them to clean the jacket while they were putting the new zipper in and I said no. However when I went to pick up the jacket they had cleaned it anyway free of charge and put in the new zipper so now I have an almost brand new jacket. Above and beyond. I was using this cleaners for a year and half. My husband travels a lot so we have a big cleaning bill. We have had 2 problems. They say they can provide EXPRESS clean but they can not. promises and then don't come through. Most importantly, we have lost items here!!!!! Expensive to replace sports jackets.
