This was the most WORST experience I EVER HAD in my LIFE. I went in to repair a chip tooth. He WAS SUPPOSED to fix the chip as I had before which was a filler that fell out and instead he just shaved my tooth down without telling me which made it way shorter than what it was before leaving my teeth completely uneven. Went for cleaning and X-rays. Appoint took more than 90 minutes and the cleaning was nothing compared to what I had elsewhere. Was told I needed 3 fillings. X-ray holder cut my gums and it took multiple X-rays to get something supposedly usable. The appt to get fillings took multiple needles to find one that worked for Novocain and took almost 2 hours to finish 2 fillings.Was in pain for 2 weeks until one filling and half of the other fell out. This was the only dental office authorized by my insurance. Went to my previous dentist and paid out of pocket and he corrected everything within 40 minutes and was totally pain free. Also said that I did not need a filling for the third location as it was a minor pit and it would be on watch list. Do not understand why this office is allowed to be open read more

Received a nasty comment on Yelp by the owner saying my previous review and the other customer's reviews were a lie. Me and other customers complained about their lack of customer service. Not only does that shows a lack of professionalism but it was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I am glad I got a new referral to another dental office. I can't imagine how rude they would be in person if they're acting like this on social media. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIS! even if you are desperate, Dr. Harpreet Tiwana DDS (NPI# 1659876548), I extremely incompetent and need to have the dental board review his license! we are in between insurance right now and my husband wanted just one filling filled #14... he did get it filled on Wednesday morning, 2hours later he was in pain... he went back that same day. Dr. Tiwana refilled his tooth. Later that night my husband bit down on food and the filling fell right out!!! I called immediately and they didn't even get back to ALL my messages until two days later! Got an appointment to fill this open hole in the back of his mouth (#14) .. he went in at his scheduled time 10am WASNT SEEN UNTILL 11:30!!! Dr. Tiwana gave no apology and started working ... HE DRILLED INTO THE WRONG TOOTH! Wtf?? He drilled into tooth #12 (Healthy tooth) and didn't even acknowledge that he made the error. He left the hole in #14. WE ARE APPALLED. I had the best experience today with my dentist he is the most compassionate, patient, comforting, educated dentist I've ever had. Liz was an amazing assistant through my whole process with having anxiety and fear of any dental procedure. She was above and beyond the kindest sweetest person I could ask for. The front desk lady I believe Tiffany? Was very nice funny and helpful. As far as the others terrible service. The "doctor/dentist" didn't greet me or my husband he or his assistant did not complete and do a good job on a deep cleaning. He was also rough on my gums. I am not able to enter a 0 for ratings nor a negative number and thats NOT fair. Long story, short. Apt at 2 for xray and Dr shows up at 240. When asked when apt would start.. said Dr not here until 240. I stated why have apt for 2 then.. .. finally assistant asked me " what tooth wer they suppose to look at?" Wow thats my job to know??? Worse dentist ever! I'm pregnant and he screwed up my fillings. Fillings falling out and he didn't bother to make sure I could floss and sent me packing home. I changed providers and was told I had to get them redone. Not only that but one of them was so bad I need a root canal now. I'm prego, and in pain. Do not use this dentist. First it's very dirty. I went got x-rays which he never looked at. I had to point to the cavity. He filled it and it fell out within 24 hours. I needed 2 teeth pulled. One went ok but the second one he broke it off and the roots are still there. He over billed me $281 and informed me he couldn't see me anymore and refer me to a specialist. My two daughters and I were assigned this dentist by our insurance company. We went in for our check up, and were surprised at the way the dentist treated his staff. He was rude and condescending, and constantly put them down in front of the patients. I felt truly sorry for the women who were working for him. Our first appointment consisted of x-rays and cleanings. He was very rough and it was an extremely painful cleaning. I mentioned this, and he responded that he likes to work fast. I asked him to slow down so he wouldn't hurt my children. We all had multiple cavities, so we made our next appointment. The only opening was a month out, so we showed up for our next appointment, only to be told that there had been a mistake and we had to reschedule, putting us another month out. Finally, after two months of waiting, we show up to get fillings. We were at the office for a total of five hours and in that time, I received one filling and my daughter received one filling. We had several more fillings that needed attention and I don't know why he didn't complete more than one. We went to the front to make our next appointment, only to find out that the next available date was three months out. At this rate, it would take more than a year to get our cavities taken care of. This place it terrible! The only redeeming quality was the female dental assistant, who worked constantly and was always apologizing for the others in the office, despite the fact that the dentist was constantly belittling her. I HAVE to update my review because this is by far the weirdest experience I have ever had at a Dental Office. Let me start from the beginning, I am having an excruciating amount of pain in my molars and I am now having pain on the right side of my face because of this. I called my insurance and was told this office would be able to take me immediately and sure enough after calling this office they were able to take me the next morning. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind when he checked me in. He confirmed with me that this is for an emergency and that I'm also due for a cleaning. I waited in the waiting room for an hour until I asked how long the wait was and they told me I was next. I get called finally and one of the nurses with the pink floral shirt tells me I need to update my X-rays because I'm overdue. After an hour of taking a million pictures and cutting up the inside of my gums with that thing I'm supposed to bite down on the first nurse kept making mistakes so another nurse came in and she was wearing blue so she must be the head nurse .. the blue nurse came in the room and started arguing with the first nurse right infront me telling me she's not doing her job correctly. It Made me super uncomfortable to sit here bc I want to trust that I am in the hands of professionals. I don't want to hear that I'm in the hands of someone who has no idea what they are doing. Like at least fake the professionalism y'all couldn't even do that. Anyways, it's time for my cleaning and the blue nurse, the head nurse, goes in for a polish on my teeth! Imagine that. She didn't even clean my gums or nothing and she goes straight to polishing my teeth!!! At this point I'm thinking this has to be a joke. Luckily my mother is a Dental Hygienist so she caught the nurse and asked her why is she polishing if she hasn't even cleaned my teeth yet. The nurse said "oh bc the doctor will take to long to clean it and he has other patients you will have to wait." I looked at her and I said that the cleaning is part of my visit. Just 10 minutes ago these nurses were telling me I'm overdue for everything and that I need a cleaning so what's the confusion??? The doctors came finally after 35 minutes of waiting in the dental chair and he came over to "clean" the front of my teeth which lasted about 15 seconds that's all and he said he was done. And he did not polish my teeth after "cleaning" them. Mind you we are 2 hours into being in this office and nobody has even asked me what my emergency is yet or why I am in pain!!! Literally nobody has asked yet. The office was FULL!!! This dentist overbooks his clients and he is the only one working !! So when you go expect him to leave you laying there and start on someone else then continue that pattern until he gets you out of the chair. We had to remind the doctor to clean my teeth because he forgot and told me I was ready to go. Honestly, going to the dentist SUCKS ENOUGH. This place made it freaking worse. I've already called my insurance and changed dentists. My gums are cut up from the X-ray pictures and the parts he cleaned(the back of my bottom teeth) are very sore. I told the receptionist and she ran back there. turns out they did have the wrong x-rays up. The rude dentist claimed that he had correct xray for my son (he pulled them out of a drawer.) I said then why do you have this guys x rays up while your working on my son? it was the same first name but different last name so either they got the x-rays mixed up or it was a huge coincidence that they just happened to not take them down from the last guy which is very unlikely. Not to mention this is a HIPPAA violation. He got mad and said I know what i'm doing, in an aggressive tone. My son told him not to talk to his mom like that and they got into it. WORST DENTIST OF ALL TIME! Laguna oaks dental sucks ass. Let me tell you. I came here back in January for the first to be sen for a cleaning. I wasn't seen until 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. They took some xrays. Fast forward----I get a call asking from laguna Shit oaks dental asking if they can reschedule my appointment. Ok fine whatever. So today is the day that I came back in for my appointment at 11:15. I was seen in a timely manner. The dr walks up and asks ME what my name is. What kind of dr does that?? Shouldn't you dentist already know your name regardless if your a new patient or not?? They did not have their stuff together. The assistant is asked to go grab (what seems to be part of my record because she asked what my first and last name and date of birth. Cmon guys you can't look in my chart and figure that out for yourselves? I'm thinking to myself that is seemingly a little unprofessional. So anyways on with the cleaning. The dentist puts my head allllll the way back and when you're getting your teeth cleaned, you don't want to be laying completely flat because the saliva/water is going to be sitting at the back of your throat and you really have to work hard to NOT swallow all of that. The assistant barely knew how to work the suction stick. The dentist had to tell her when to put it in my mouth. At one point I swallowed some of this lights and it nearly went down the wrong pipe! I try to sit up because I'm choking, but mind you, the seat is all the way back so it takes me a second. Lol. So, finishing the cleaning whatever. I'm done that's it. I walk out. I'm pissed. It was literally a 10 minute cleaning. No flossing of my teeth. I have a cavity but I guess it's "universal" that you schedule the next appointment and then get your cavity filled next time. ??? Is this true? That's it. I'm done with my cleaning. So I leave and the assistant catches me outside to sign a paper. I tell her the things I'm unhappy with and I leave and as I'm driving away I get a call from the dr! HA! First thing he starts off with saying is that it is universal that you don't get your Cavity filled on the same day. "You talk about the work that needs to be done" then schedule the next appointment. OKAY but that's not the main reason why I'm upset, idiot. I told the dr why I was upset and he completely brushed it off. So, I asked him you're okay with my being unhappy with my services?? I'm going to write a bad yelp review if that even matters to you. My brother, my mom, and I, we had an appointment at 4:15pm and showed up around 4pm. I understand that if there is a bit of a delay, but we showed up on time and they got me in about 15 minutes after my brother was called in. A lady came by and for some reason had the most difficult time taking my x-rays when I did everything she said? After that, I sat there for a good 30 minutes before that actual dentist came to me. Not only was he in a rush because it was almost closing time, he was rude and rough. The sign in the front says they give patients "care," yet he yanked my mouth open and picked harshly at all my teeth. He constantly kept asking if there was any more patients and was inconsiderate. I understand that it is a new dentist and I may not be used to it, but my teeth should not have hurt that bad. After he quickly moved on to the next patient, his assistant, who was much more nicer, finished up my cleaning and apologized for the long wait. I met up with my family after only to hear that my brother had an equal painful experience as me and they told my mom they could not do her cleaning because it was closing time and they couldn't fit her in. Hi all reviewers, please DO NOT go to this place. I wish I had trusted the reviews here. My child has been comimg here for 1.5 year, we started with cleaning and ended up with way more cavities. My child is in constant pain because this doctor has drilled her healthy tooth. I can't write the detils in the review but I have my attorney working on the law suit so we can bring him to justice. If anyone has any legit complaint against this clinic/doctor in which you believe he caused more damage than cure, then there is a chance for you to be heard - you can be part of the legal case without any fee to you.
