It's pretty sad that the first contact you have are with these unfriendly faces. Some of the policies, I will assume that Dr Farr knows of, make no sense. Making an appointment is not fun - you get sent a text message and "request" an appointment. After several days, you still need to call the office, if you can get anyone to answer the phone to make the appointment. Send an email - no response. Communication is not very good. The care providers however are great, listen to concerns and spend more than a few minutes with you.

This MD (Dr Andrew Farr) nonetheless, decided not to even do anything. I got an appointment on my own to see a GI, which with all the testing found I had things that needed to be addressed asap. The results were sent to this doctor (3 times) to make sure he had a copy but kept getting asked by Andrew Farr, what I wanted done? I was seen by a surgeon but I needed to have clearance. Dr. Andrew Farr refused to even see me or send me to anyone to get cleared, I relied on the GI to send me to other doctors. I was supposed cleared from a cardiologist but the endocrinologist knows exactly what's going on and said he didn't clear me and wanted Dr Andrew Farr to put me on and keep me on disability until further notice from him. Andrew Farr refused. I'm telling you guys right now, that supposed doctor doesn't care of patients, more so of female ones. My husband was at 2 of my pcp appointments and he would talk toward and to my husband instead of me the patient. Up to date: he refuses to keep me on disability until further notice now (because he doesn't like the work) so I was kicked out of his office when I bluntly asked him why does he respect male patients more so than female patients? He took it offensively and kicked me out. I turned him into the medical board because he left me in the middle of a practice and by law he is not to do so to a patient. He doesn't like the hard work that comes with being an MD so he doesn't belong in Family Medicine.

This practitioner showed no empathy or concern,asking me what I wanted him to do.He emphasized that he did not prescribe meds for this problem.I told him I did not want medication but rather exam to confirm diagnosis and to ascertain whether there were other contributing health factors. I was desperately searching for help and got none.Dr Cho has neither interest nor desire to address complex medical problems.A second year med student would have done a far better job. He yelled at me for asking him some simple questions about referrals needed for my mom. Very rude and out of control. This guy should not work in a place where he can't answer a simple question without yelling . Then he calls the cops. They came I told them I asked a simple question and this guy claimed harrassment. The cops said it was a private establishment and suggested I go somewhere else. The doctor needs to see these complaints. There are many complaints against George he tends to lose his cool and yells at customers. The most frustrating part is I asked to talk to the Doctor so I can tell her what George is doing. Of course he didn't want me to speak to her.

Wait times of 2+hrs to be seen even if it is just for lab results, is not acceptable, I don't care how good of a physician you are. On my first appt I was told by the MA it would be "a bit of a wait" but that was a drastic minimization. The three times I was here, I never spent less than 2.5hrs and most of that time was spent waiting to be seen. I can understand Dr. wanting to do thorough evaluations and take her time with her patients but find a better system like scheduling less patients to see per day. Office is also very run down, equipment is old and doesn't work if moved. The MA doing my vitals got upset because someone moved one of the machines and it would not longer turn on. She made it a point to tell the other MA's to not move it because the machine was known to go out
