We packed up and headed to their shop. When we got there we were lead to our room. The rooms were connected with their own enter-trance. My masseuse didn't ask which kind of massage I wanted but she did all different kinds of techniques on me and turns out that is the one I wanted. Wow, she really worked hard on me and at times it was a little painful but not too bad. She could tell that my left arm or shoulder was hurting so she went and worked on that a lot to try to loosen it up. Overall, I really liked the massage and I felt very relaxed after it. She even stood up and standing on my legs, which was weird it didn't hurt so it was fine. I guess that's a Thai technique. The wife had a great massage also and we're happy with this place. Kiley, my masseuse was really good. I asked him to focus on my legs, and he worked out the knots in my hamstrings, calves and achilles tendons. He also spent some time on my IT bands. Next time I will get the 90 min massage so the masseuse can spend some time on my quads and front of my legs. She really enjoyed her lomi lomi, and liked the oils used to moisturize her body. I tipped 30% for each masseuse. The lady in front is super nice, and appreciated us supporting a local biz. The place is small, but you can have a couples massage in the same room. I've found my go to massage place when I come to Maui. The massage was way better vs the mainland, and the prices are half vs the resort hotels.

However things are easier for him if my muscles are not so stiff when he cracks my achy bones! Enter Mandy from LMT who gives the most excrutiatingly wonderful Thai massage. It was my first real Thai massage and it did have me cringing as she walked up my legs and back and pummeled my body into submission, but it released all my painful stiff aches, and the CBD oil she worked into my muscles with hot stones felt great. I expected to feel sore the next day like I do with deep tissue but I actually felt great and my pain level was so much less for the next week until I started stiffening up again. Funnily enough my left nostril broke like a dam next day too and I had a gushing sinus for over an hour - I didn't even know my sinus was blocked! I'm going to try Mandy one more time to loosen me up before I go to see Brendan Krause about getting some relief from hip and knee pain due to plantar fascitis. The massage room was clean and tidy and Mandy was very friendly and knew her trade. She knew what position and side I slept on just from my muscles and she was very informative about what she was doing and why.
