Initially it felt like she was working my body to feel where the knots were and she was able to find them without me saying anything before hand. The pressure was really good and I actually told her she could go harder. There was only one time I winced but that was a problem area for me. Would recommend for anyone who's in the staying Ka'anapali area. Short drive to the gateway and cheaper than the resort!

The place is in a strip mall with ample parking. My wife spoke to them and they could fit us in two hours. We went back to our hotel and sat by the pool. They texted my wife to get us in earlier. We packed up and headed to their shop. When we got there we were lead to our room. The rooms were connected with their own enter-trance. My masseuse didn't ask which kind of massage I wanted but she did all different kinds of techniques on me and turns out that is the one I wanted. Wow, she really worked hard on me and at times it was a little painful but not too bad. She could tell that my left arm or shoulder was hurting so she went and worked on that a lot to try to loosen it up. Overall, I really liked the massage and I felt very relaxed after it. She even stood up and standing on my legs, which was weird it didn't hurt so it was fine. I guess that's a Thai technique. The wife had a great massage also and we're happy with this place. I would come here again when we came back to the island. They charge us $189 a piece for a 80 minute massage. I think it was worth the money.

Kiley, my masseuse was really good. I asked him to focus on my legs, and he worked out the knots in my hamstrings, calves and achilles tendons. He also spent some time on my IT bands. Next time I will get the 90 min massage so the masseuse can spend some time on my quads and front of my legs. She really enjoyed her lomi lomi, and liked the oils used to moisturize her body. I tipped 30% for each masseuse. The lady in front is super nice, and appreciated us supporting a local biz. The place is small, but you can have a couples massage in the same room. I've found my go to massage place when I come to Maui. The massage was way better vs the mainland, and the prices are half vs the resort hotels.

I had lunch next door, been on the island 3 days, passed numerous strip mall spa locations and of course my Marriotts Resort had Spa massages at Twice the price. Popped in with no appointment. I had my island crew with me and asked if they can fit me in. Front staff was awesome, friendly, and accommodating. Answer was YES at 3pm if that fits your schedule. That was the magic timeframe in my mind. It Was Meant to Be. I dropped my crew at the resort, took a quick shower, I don't like to be sticky or sweaty for my masseuse. Arrived 10 minutes early and "Anne" was ready for me. She escorted me to the couples room, asked if there was any issues with my body, I stated I have sciatica but it hasn't flared up for six months. She stated to undress "To my Comfort" and lie face up. Face Up??? I've never started a massage that way. She stated, I do things different, I start with your head, like a champagne bottle, make your brain POP, then your arms legs and then the flip so your back is the coup de grâce. It wasn't a Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, Swedish, or deep tissue massage. Anne has 30 plus years experience. She incorporates all that she's learned into her own method. O my Gosh, it started weak, I'm thinking OK??? But then she really started, kneaded, pinched, smoothed every muscle. Being that I was in the couples massage room, she had extra material, hot towels, heat belts, Hot Rocks, etc. she used it all. I was a pampered Prince. I've had high priced spa massages, low cost strip mall massages But This was the Best Massage I've ever had. I was jelly at the end. When I came back to the Marriotts and met my crew, They didn't have to ask, all they saw was a Cheshire Cats grin on my face. If you go to Zensations, ask for Anne!!! My wife and I just finished a session with Laura. We asked for and received her latest appointment. Being in room we wanted to lay around and sleep with the best relaxation possible after our massages. I only have one thing to say about Laura, she knows what she is doing. Now that I have said that I want you to know that she was a very good masseuse. I have had innumerable massages and she rates right at the top. My wife went first and you could tell she enjoyed every minute of it almost falling to sleep on the table. Next was me, I chat while I am relaxing and Laura was very good at what she does and didn't mind chatting, my initiated conversation. I don't think she would of said a word if I didn't ask, I am sure that is what most people like while getting massages. But like I said I have had many and when I am getting a good one I like to ask questions. Laura showed up on time and gave two massages. My wife and I were both more than satisfied and are going to try and get another session if possible before we leave. I would highly recommend Laura to anybody looking for a professional massage from a very nice person who has healing hands. I cannot express enough how thrilled my wife and I are with Laura's services. I was barely off the table and was thinking we have got to do this again. If that doesn't say it all while you are in paradise nothing does. Thank you Laura and my wife and I hope to see you again before we leave. Highly recommend. We were (2) couples, age mid 50's, who were just starting vacation in maui and looking to have a "loosening up" before starting an upcoming week of activities on maui. my wife and I have had only a few massages and y brother and sister-in law complete massage novices and not really thinking of themselves as massage kind of people, but agreed to give it a try. Laura could not have been more equally professional and at same time an having easy going manner of putting us novices at ease. My wife said her shoulder blade, which she has had issues of tension with for years, never felt better aftewards. My sister-in-law said she was relieved of the bad cramping in her legs from the long flight there. Over the course of the 4 or so hours Laura was there, the four of us each had an hour, Laura consulted considerately what each of us. And again, with us being novices, we were relying on her knowledge and skill to guide us, and she was great. We were considering going to a resort for our massages, but this was so much a better, fortunate decision on our part. I would suggest anyone planning a trip to maui, whether they were intending to have massage or were not planning one at all, to include making reservations with Laura as part of thier trip. read more

Laura is BY FAR the best. My husband and I have been getting massages from her for the last 12 years. We always feel relaxed, healthier, and very, very happy after seeing her! A few years ago, after having surgery, Laura worked repeatedly on my head, neck, and shoulders -- it made all the difference. My husband swears by her deep-tissue massages. Many of my friends and co-workers have also used Laura (some of my friends were pregnant at the time even) and EVERYONE has only rave reviews. She is professional, knowledgeable, and truly talented. I contacted Laura about surprising my wife with a massage while we were in Maui. She was very responsive to my emails and we quickly scheduled an appointment for Laura to come to our hotel room during our stay. She showed up on time and was very easy to talk with and made us both feel very comfortable. My wife was very surprised and is still bragging to her friends about what a great massage she received. Laura is the most connected, talented, kind, and educated massage therapist in MAUI! I found Laura on the web after searching for a deep tissue massage therapist. I had just experienced a fluff and buff massage at Makena Beach and Golf resort in a see through cabana on the beach (their version of a spa). Have you ever received a massage that promised to be deep and therapeutic but found that your massage therapist might as well have been texting the whole 90 minutes? Not here! You will have Laura's full attention as she works on you. You can really see her 'look into' your body as she follows the muscles and fascia and really works on your troubled spots. I contacted Laura for Rolfing, and was not sure what to expect. Laura is very professional and made me feel at ease. She is very familiar with all the muscle groups, and took additional time to answer questions about how different muscle groups are supposed to work. She is well versed in a number of different types of massage, and brings her extensive knowledge to the table. I completed all ten sessions with her, and am very please with her work. Honestly I have never had a massage quite this good. Laura was professional, she was 10 minutes early, and very understanding to each of our needs. My massage included hot stones (ahhhhhhh), heated pressure bags (yeeeeessss) and aromatic sprays (ommm) which helped create an even more relaxing atmosphere. I actually felt I was transforming to a different place. She did many things that I haven't had a therapist do before, talking me through breathing and letting go. It's located at a very unassuming Kihei Plaza, but you will receive a quality massage- same if not better than at the resorts or hotel spas. I booked a 60 minute massage with a 15 minute reflexology add on. Christina's skill and pressure was perfect. One thing I noticed was that she refrained from using her elbows which I appreciated because many massage therapists tend to over use their elbows and then it becomes a painful pain experience to endure. The whole massage felt therapeutic and very relaxing. My only regret was not booking with her twice during my stay. I will most definitely come back the next time I am in Maui!
