Just Three Words... Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!! I had lunch next door, been on the island 3 days, passed numerous strip mall spa locations and of course my Marriotts Resort had Spa massages at Twice the price. Popped in with no appointment. I had my island crew with me and asked if they can fit me in. Front staff was awesome, friendly, and accommodating. Answer was YES at 3pm if that fits your schedule. That was the magic timeframe in my mind. It Was Meant to Be. I dropped my crew at the resort, took a quick shower, I don't like to be sticky or sweaty for my masseuse. Arrived 10 minutes early and "Anne" was ready for me. She escorted me to the couples room, asked if there was any issues with my body, I stated I have sciatica but it hasn't flared up for six months. She stated to undress "To my Comfort" and lie face up. Face Up??? I've never started a massage that way. She stated, I do things different, I start with your head, like a champagne bottle, make your brain POP, then your arms legs and then the flip so your back is the coup de grâce. It wasn't a Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, Swedish, or deep tissue massage. Anne has 30 plus years experience. She incorporates all that she's learned into her own method. O my Gosh, it started weak, I'm thinking OK??? But then she really started, kneaded, pinched, smoothed every muscle. Being that I was in the couples massage room, she had extra material, hot towels, heat belts, Hot Rocks, etc. she used it all. I was a pampered Prince. I've had high priced spa massages, low cost strip mall massages But This was the Best Massage I've ever had. I was jelly at the end. When I came back to the Marriotts and met my crew, They didn't have to ask, all they saw was a Cheshire Cats grin on my face. If you go to Zensations, ask for Anne!!! We plan on being back to Maui next year and if so, I'll have two massages scheduled. 1. Upon arrival to relax before our vacation starts and 2. Right before I leave. 100 plus 10 percent Recommended!!!! read more

My husband and I visited Zensations this afternoon. We got the side by side Lomi lomi massage internet special for $260 for 60 minutes. My masseuse was Ann. She was very kind and had a great touch. I don't remember the masseuse my husband got, but he gave her more specific requests. He was a little disappointed in his massage because she rubbed his anterior neck too much for his liking. Do I think this was the best massage of all time? Probably not. The hour flew by so quick and I was shocked when they said our massages were done. Kirsten, the front desk attendant, was very nice and helpful when we were booking initially. The spa is clean and nice. Give it a try but maybe be specific with what you want??? read more

Kristen who was at the front desk when I initially popped in to get rates and availability was such a delight to talk to that I can't forget to mention her. We called later and booked a 60 minute couples massage with Anne and Mali who were absolutely fantastic. Anne was my therapist and she was very intuitive and her massage was so relaxing while still getting into all the nooks and crannies and working them out of my muscles. My husband loved Mali and said she was very strong while providing a very relaxing massage. We couldn't have been happier and more relaxed after our massages. I only wish we had done this our first day of vacation to really feel into our vacation and the chill vibes of Maui. The owner who is super kind was there too and gave us a plethora of tips for food and things to do in the area. Amazing people, great service. Loved the vibe of the place. I called from the airport to make an appointment, and Kirsten was super understanding when it was difficult for me to hear with all the announcements. We arrived super early after lunch was faster than we expected and were welcomed by Kirsten in person. We asked to just sit inside air conditioning and digest while we waited for our appointment time, but Kirsten also got our massages started 15 min early which was so nice. My friend and I did 90 min massages with Mali and Ann. My friend loved her lomi lomi massages with Mali. I was surprised with Ann, who had me start on by back, but it was a wonderful massage where I fell asleep. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and I still think 90 minutes are not enough. read more

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience yesterday. I enjoyed an incredible 90-minute facial with Kristen--hands down one of the best facials I've ever had. Yes- we enjoyed our experience here so much that we came back again for 90min massages two days later. I went single and my family from France had a couple massage. My message therapist Rochelle did extra reflexology on my feet and hands and it has continued to help me several days later. She was knowledgeable and experienced. My husband and I are vacation in Maui, and we decided to get a massage and passed by this place on Sunday, but they were closed. I called first thing Monday morning and they had availability that afternoon. I got a pregnancy massage and my husband got the traditional Lomi Lomi massage. Mali did my massage and it's the best pregnancy massage I've gotten so far in my pregnancy! It was relaxing but she worked really hard on my tense areas, especially my shoulders. Took my hubby here as a nice relaxing gift. He gave a 9/10, said it was an extremely great overall experience!! he got the deep tissue for 60 minutes. Her name was Mali from Thailand. He will go back and request her again in future. She really looked for the knots in his muscles and actually massages it out with great techniques. He plays alot sports and was in deep need of a relaxing recovery and reset. He was shocked how well a therapist can regenerate his muscles! He said its one of the best he ever had. He did give a very generous tip! Definitely coming back for Mali!! :) Lastly, 10/10 stars for Kirsten, the host/recep. She replied to my inquiry very fast and set up the meeting in a smooth process. My wife's was done by Molly and she had an excellent deep tissue massage focusing on her shoulders and neck with scalp massage.
