Every single time without fail this place mismanages their patients' appointment times causing an hour wait at min. So, if your apt is at 9am you can guarantee that you will be sitting in their cramped waiting room till 10am only to see an ill prepared physicians assistant who has to have you wait yet again so that he can "further review" your charts. The second and most frustrating is the process to see another doctor. In two instances I've required a referral and even though my insurance doesn't that I have a referral, the office has a "referral coordinator" that handles that. I have waited 2 weeks for an appointment with the dr I was referred to. They still have not received my records and there is nothing I can do but wait. When I called to report my symptoms were worse and to get an update I was told I needed to just wait. As soon as this issue is resolved I will find another pcp. I like Kristen but I need someone who can help me when I need it.
