The receptionist told me it was not, explaining that their treatment sent a signal to the brain to "correct the signal," which led me to believe it addressed the underlying problem. Based on that information, I booked two hotel nights, rearranged my schedule, and drove from Houston. Within 30 minutes of my consultation, the provider explained that the treatment is habituation therapy. I chose not to proceed and was still charged a $75 consultation fee. To anyone else struggling with tinnitus, I know how exhausting and isolating this journey can be. While everyone's situation is different, what has helped me the most has been addressing inflammation in my TMJ. I've had significant improvement using the BPC NP Wolverine Stack with GHK. I purchased my peptides from Patriot Chems because I found them affordable, but regardless of where you buy them, make sure they have independent third-party purity testing. Also, I recently had stem cell injections into my jaw joint, though I'm still waiting to see the full results. Had these done at Houston Regenerative Therapy in Houston, the only practice willing to inject into jaw. Lastly, I am using a therapy device called Alpha Stim from Heights of Health in Houston. This assists with strengthening Alpha brain waves, which are responsible for relaxing calm brain waves. Hope this provides transparency, clarification and help for all moving through this journey.

Crawford and Washburn were extremely supportive, even with my being a new patient. The staff treated me professionally, and everyone had the "health care attitude" you want in a provider. Dr. Crawford administered my hearing test and really took the time to explain the process to me, as well as the results. I feel like she is new to being a doctor, but she did so well, I am sure she will have a brilliant career ahead of her.

When I was visiting, I found she couldn't sync one of her hearing aids to her phone. I called the business and they seem nice on the phone so I thought I'd give a try to see if they they could help. I told them we could only sync one of the two hearing aids and then went in to see if they could solve the situation. They told me it would be $40. This struck me as poor service for the very expensive product they provided but I decided it would be worth to make the hearing aids fully usefull. After 20 minutes they told me only one could be synced because she had lost one and replaced it (through the insurance she had paid for). They'd given her one that could not sync with the other. It strikes me that they had not fulfilled their contract at this point because they had not replaced the lost one with one that was as functional. In any case, though they had provided a faulty replacement product and couldn't help me they Informed me it was still their policy charge $40 for doing absolutely nothing to resolve problems with the faulty product they had provided.
