While everyone's situation is different, what has helped me the most has been addressing inflammation in my TMJ. I've had significant improvement using the BPC NP Wolverine Stack with GHK. I purchased my peptides from Patriot Chems because I found them affordable, but regardless of where you buy them, make sure they have independent third-party purity testing. Also, I recently had stem cell injections into my jaw joint, though I'm still waiting to see the full results.
